Brilliant, comfortable apartment in a superb location
Pros: Location was superb, just a few mins walk from the Colosseum. There is Cavour metro station 50m from front door, although we walked to get to all the sights. The property is very well appointed with every detail thought of and spotlessly clean. Shared kitchen between 3 apartments is very useful particularly if you want to self cater. Host, Emanuele is friendly and quick to respond making for a very easy experience. Thoroughly recommend this property
Cons: These are very minor points and did not impact our enjoyment of the stay - a small kettle in the room would have been welcome, and the great shower pressure meant hot water got used up on first person, therefore recommend not using shower at full pressure.

Pros: My stay here was perfect. The location is great, the room was very clean, and the furnishings are new. The kitchen is fully equipped. Every detail is well thought out. Furthermore, the host is incredibly hospitable and kind. Thank you so much, I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place!

Pros: Everything was perfect! The room was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The amenities were excellent – high-quality shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. There was also a full kitchenette with everything you need, complimentary coffee capsules, and WiFi that worked flawlessly. The AC worked perfectly, and there was even a smart TV (I didn’t use it, but you could easily log into Netflix, for example). The location couldn’t be better – literally 30 seconds from the main street, from which you can already see the Colosseum. There are plenty of restaurants within a 100-meter radius. The host was extremely helpful, recommended excellent restaurants, and explained how car parking works around Rome. Long story short, my experience was fantastic, and if I ever come back to Rome, I will definitely choose this place again!

Perfection!
Pros: The apartment was brand new, very well designed, top quality fittings and spotless with everything you could possibly wish for...and more! Very powerful shower, phone charging points, even a small wall-mounted fridge in the room! Air Con was great and quiet enough to run at night which was good because it was very hot outside. Fully equipped communal kitchen so you can cook for yourself if you want, or there is an endless choice of good restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Good grocery shop 1 min away Perfect location, everywhere within walking distance but right beside the metro station if you want to take it easy or get tired after a full days walking. One stop to Colosseum in one direction, one stop to Termini train station in the other. Has a small 2 person lift which saves a lot stair climbing!
Cons: Absolutely NOTHING to dislike about this apartment!

Pros: La struttura si trova a 7 minuti a piedi dal colosseo, e a meno di 50 mt dall’entrata metro Cavour che consente di spostarti cdove vuoi con facilità e velocità. L’host é stato disponibile sempre e si é assicurato tutto il tempo che il soggiorno stesse andando per il meglio. La struttura era super pulita e ben organizzata, mi é rimasto impresso l’odore di pulito non appena sono entrata. Stanze comode e riscaldate.

Bon séjour avec un temps magnifique.
Pros: Nous avons tout aimé, bonne situation pour visiter Rome à pieds. Proche de la gare Termini. Appartement neuf, portes équipées serrure numérique, une kitchenette pour restauration éventuelle, très bien équipée à partager. Une grande chambre, un lit large size avec une literie au top, une salle de bain trés bien équipée. Emmanuellé est très accueillant et à l'écoute des ses clients. Top. Nous recommandons vivement.
