Great place, perfect for see the real Roma and have amazing time.

Pros: Localization is perfect - near to metro - so near to whole Roma :) Nearby a lot of places to eat amazing italian food and drink cofee. Room was clean, ellegant and have air conditioner - great when it’s hot, but also, if you want to come in winter like us - it can be great warm place to dry up after rain :) Alessandra is really nice and helpfull, the best landlord! :)

Pros: Clean, quiet,near from metro and perfect caffeterias around.

Cons: We missed regular mugs for tea, plastic mini pots are not enough.

Pros: Our stay was truly wonderful. The accommodation was elegant, comfortable and perfectly located, allowing us to enjoy the city with ease. It’s close to metro and bus stops. We left with beautiful memories and a deep appreciation for the care and attention we received.

Pros: Very cute property located directly across the street from the metro and near cafes and restaurants. The unit is totally updated and has a comfortable bed and nice shower. The host was very helpful in letting us drop our bags early and providing help with the remote check in. Overall nice stay.

Cons: We ran out of toilet paper and coffee. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided for 2 people for four nights. Guests should also bring shampoo and shower gel as none is provided. Personally, I prefer physical keys over electronic ones. This particular property requires a mobile app and 3 different doors to access the unit. 1. The building door 2. A door to the units and 3. A door to your room. We had a little issue using the app but the host was able to help remotely. The only issue with check out was that our app access was terminated before our check out time and we were stuck between the two doors. Our host was able to open remotely so that we could leave and catch our train.

Pros: It was very clean quiet and the bed was comfortable. The owner was very helpful. I would definitely recommend it as its worth it’s money

Pros: I liked this property a lot. The location is near a metro station, it was clean, stocked with everything we needed and the host was nice. Overall, I would come here again. It was everything we needed.

Cons: Il materasso non molto comodo e la ventola non funzionante in bagno

Pros: Alloggio confortevole, pulito e moderno. È situato a pochi metri dalla metro, vicino ci sono bar, pizzerie, supermercati.. e tanto altro. Proprietario super disponibile.

Great experience

Pros: The host was very helpful and responsive. The location was near the metro station, we parked our car for three days safely and used the public transportation. The room was modified and has a good vibes. WiFi was fast. Great experience and I recommend it.

Pros: As advertised variable heating and cooling and nice clean bathroom

Cons: Nothing too much just wasn’t a fan of the bedding and blankets
