Pros: 사진 그대로 였어요~ 시설도 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있었어요. 욕조가 있는 욕실이 없어서 좀 아쉬웠지만 샤워부스 물빠짐도 좋고.. 거실도 넓고 좋았습니다. 가족끼리 음식 해 먹으며 다 함께 시간 보낼 수도 있구요. 우릴 맞이해준 gianna 도 너무 친절했구요 ^^ 다음에 또 로마에 가게 된다면 또 숙박 하고 싶어요. 주변에 마트와 시장도 있어서 장보기도 너무 편했습니다.
Cons: 주차 하기가 너무 힘들었어요. 주변에 주차가능한 곳들은 언제나 차들이 꽉꽉 있어서... 주차하려고 주변을 몇바퀴나 돌아야 했어요. 주방에 식칼이 없는 것도 좀 아쉬웠어요...

Pros: Апартаменти чудові, новий ремонт та меблі, досить просторі, дві спальні з великими ліжками та одна з двома одномісними. У вітальні розкладний диван. Уся постільна білизна та рушники нові. Зручні матраци та подушки. В квартирі тепло, вночі навіть було трохи жарко. Є Вайфай, посуд, чай та кава. Помешкання знаходиться у чудовому місці, пішки йшли до Ватикану а далі у центр. Якщо ще раз приїдемо до Риму, то залюбки знову зупинюсь у цьому помешканні. Рекомендую

Pros: Favorite part was the host! She was the sweetest and most welcoming host we’ve ever interacted with. She even brought us a special Italian treat while we were there. Very roomy for our group of 5 and extremely clean. Has recently been updated.
Cons: Nothing! But the only thing we are not used to is only having one key. With a group of 5 we would sometimes split up and it made it difficult when we wanted to get back in without the other group. My only suggestion is to possible have two keys available just in case. Other than that, we couldn’t have had a better experience!

Pros: L'appartement est très beau, spacieux, récemment rénové avec goût et très propre. Les deux salles de bain sont un plus important et on y trouve tout le nécessaire. J'ai beaucoup apprécié les articles de toilette de bonne qualité ainsi que les serviettes supplémentaires. De plus, il y a aussi des draps supplémentaires en cas de besoin, ainsi que des couvertures. Le salon et les chambres disposent chacune d'une télé et l'internet fonctionne bien. On a apprécié également les capsules de café fournies et la bouteille d'eau fraîche. Nous avons été impressionnés par la gentillesse de Gianna, qui nous a accueillis avec le sourire, nous a tout expliqué en détail, nous a fait des recommandations pour des restaurants, les transports, bref, plein de conseils utiles. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement surtout pour les touristes qui souhaitent visiter le Vatican, qui se trouve à environ 15 minutes à pied.

Pros: Meglio di così non può essere. Struttura appena rifatta completamente. Cucina, mobili,bagno,pompe di calore,letti,lavatrice, pentolame etc. tutto nuovo. 2 bagni con doccia e bidet, utili quando si è più di due persone. Sfido a trovare un alloggio nuovo silenzioso a 300 metri dal Vaticano a un costo come questo. Non è gestito da una agenzia ma direttamente da una signora che abita vicino e che ci ha fatto trovare il necessario per prepararci caffè o te o tisane.
Cons: Quando si è un gruppo, sarebbe utile che ognuno avesse la sua chiave di ingresso. L'abbiamo segnalato e la host ci ha detto che provvederà a fare delle copie.

Excellent Place and well maintained.
Pros: The apartment was very well appointed, nicely maintained and very safe & comfortable. Gianna, the manager/caretaker was very good and kind and she helped us in so many ways and made sure all our needs were well taken cared of. It added to our enjoyment in Rome since we came back at the end of the day to a place we could call our home. Thanks to the owner and Gianna for making out stay there memorable. We will not hesitate to recommend this place to our friends and relatives.
Cons: The place was excellent and perfect for our needs. We stayed to 7 days in Rome and this apartment was home to us.

Pros: Apartamento totalmente reformado y muy completo en una zona tranquila. La anfitriona muy amable y con comunicación fácil por WhatsApp. Nos dejó juegos de toallas y sábanas extra. Situado a 5 minutos de la parada de metro de Cipro, con alta frecuencia de metros.
