Nice apartment

Pros: The room was very clean, welcoming, and the amenities as expected. The location is a bit lacklustre and the parking can be more organised but nothing we couldn't work with.

Pros: The room was exactly as seen in the pictures, check-in instructions were very clear. Everything was clean. AC was working (which was helpful as we were there on some hot and humid days). Complimentary water and pie were offered on Day 1. A really nice pizza restaurant across (although with very limited operating hours).

Cons: The coffee machine wasn't functional, although due to my short stay, I didn't really follow up (so that's on me). The bed was a bit squeaky. The location wasn't optimal if you're exploring the historic sites (although there's a bus stop at the doorstep, combined with an unlimited pass, you could potentially get anywhere in Rome easily).

Pros: The apartment was very clean very cozy and we generally loved it. One of the bathrooms that we used was very big and very clean. They had breakfast for us and we actually had a great time.

Pros: The place was really clean and the room is spacious enough for a shorter stay.

Cons: A bit hard to identify the building, as there is no sign outside. Also pretty far away from the centre and the surrounding area is quite dead. But the bus station is right in front of the place.

Pros: Even though the location isn’t awesome (not the center itself but still reachable and adequate), this place exceeded our expectations. The room is small but very clean and has everything (even a coffee machine and some food), the bathroom was super clean. For this price as for Rome — perfect. Minor issues are that there is no iron for clothes and that it’s 25 min from the metro which is not great when you carry bags. But there is a bus so it was ok.

Pros: Loved the apartment, it was very clean and smelled really nice. Nice quiet location, almost 20 minutes from the center of Rome with the car. Big parking space for the cars. The host was really helpful and kind. We also LOVED the Luffy wall decoration on the floor. The bedroom was not too big but enough for us to sleep and to put our staff. The coffee was delicious. P.s don't get scared when you see the building from the outside, it is seriously a beautiful place to stay.

For a couple of nights, a decent option in Rome.

Pros: A great option for economical travelers. Independent registration, detailed instructions for settlement in the room, we were clear to us. A pleasant bonus was to get coffee and croacan for breakfast in the room. Clean, quite convenient for two people. A common bathroom next to the number. For a couple of nights, a decent option in Rome.

Cons: Far from the metro station, it is better to get by bus. In extreme cases, you can walk in half an hour. For the current price, this is normal.

Lovely facilities and great pizza place opposite

Pros: Lovely room and bathrooms down little corridor. Water and few little snacks left out, easy check in process. Opposite a great pizza restaurant outdoors and a live music venue few door down.

Cons: A little it out the way but worth the stay.

Excellent Room and Very Professional Host

Pros: The room and the services were absolutely perfect and the host instructions were very professional and clear. Nice touch with the automation also.

Cons: Please keep in mind that the location is not as comfy as the southern part where more busses (day and night) pass. You have to either walk a great distance to catch the metro or alternatively see your options in services such us Taxi, Lime etc ( If you don't have a car ). So if you are in a hurry you might not want to depend on busses and use services mentioned above.
