Clean, good location, easy check in
Pros: I stayed at Appio 11 for two nights and the accommodation had everything that was required. The host has put in a lot of thought into all the small things that might come in handy during the stay. The accommodation has everything and feels just like home. The location was perfect just a few minutes walk from the station and also had a bus stop at a 2 min walk from the apartment. The place was clean and tidy and check-in and check-out instructions was very clear. The apartment matched exactly what it looked like in the photos. Host was very responsive and ensured we checked in ok. Also gave us numerous recommendations for places to eat. Overall, one of the best accommodations I have been to and would definitely love to come back if I got the chance to

Pros: The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk from the metro station. The nearest bus stop is around the corner. A great spot for morning coffee is just a minute away. And the apartment is a very cosy place to stay.

this apartment offers a clean, convenient, and authentic Roman experience, and I’d highly recommend
Pros: The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped for all our needs. Even though we didn’t find a coffee maker in the apartment, there’s an excellent café just a few steps away (exit the building and turn right), where you can get a great coffee for just €1.2. It’s located in a typical Roman neighborhood, full of charm, with plenty of restaurants and shops. You get to experience how locals actually live in Rome. If you’re looking for a great place to eat, I highly recommend Grazia & Graziella, the best restaurant in the area! Convenient location – it’s close to public transportation, with a bus stop right next to the building, making it very easy to explore the city. The interaction with the owner was seamless and very pleasant, which made our stay worry-free.
Cons: Although this doesn’t depend on the owner, the apartment’s heating is provided by the city’s central system, which operates only between 5 PM and 11 PM. This was slightly inconvenient for us since we’re used to having our own heating at home and keeping the temperature higher. That being said, the indoor temperature was still reasonably comfortable, considering Rome’s relatively mild winters. On the bright side, hot water is provided by a boiler, so it’s not affected by the central heating schedule.

Pros: Clean, reasonable big apartment not far from the main attractions of Roma. Very good communication with the host. It was hot, so the A/C was a must.
Cons: Quasi impossible to find a free parking slot in the piazza. If you're getting there by car, be prepared to pay some 20 Euro per night in an underground parking space.

Pros: The apartment was in a good location for getting into the historical centre of the city. The host gave us comprehensive instructions for accessing the property plus some really great recommendations for getting around, things to see, and places to eat. The host was easily contactable and made our stay comfortable.

Nice apartment in a beautiful city
Pros: Very nice apartment, many great restaurants in the neighbourhood. I can recommend to have a morning walk in the beautiful Cafarella Park, just a few minutes from the apartment.
