A really nice apartment in an excellent location

Pros: A spacious, clean, and secure apartment in a perfect neighborhood. Having a supermarket (Carrefour) and various cafes, pizzerias, and restaurants right on the same street was very convenient. The Vatican is just 5 minutes away, and we reached most major sites on foot within 30–40 minutes. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, and the apartment was warm for January. The host was also very helpful and quick to reply.

Cons: Some slight wear and tear in the kitchen and bathroom; a little freshening up would make it perfect.

Pros: It’s really good location. Especially if you are going to visit Vatican Museums, St. Peter’s Church and walking around. Carrefour supermarket is in 2 min distance from apartment. Saint Peter's Square - 5 min. The apartment is really warm (we were in Rome at the beginning of January) because has heating. Didn’t have problem with hot water from tap. The apartment is cozy and clean. A lot of restaurant around. Quiet area (compared to Trastevere, for example).

Pros: We travelled with 15 months old baby, it was very easy to live in this apartment with the toddler. It was january, there was heating during the evening and night

Cons: It was hard to find out how to get hot water in the kitchen. It would be useful to write instructions about it

Pros: It is a nice place, very well organised, clean. I was with my 2 year son and we felt very comfortable as I this place is very warm that is so important during winter. All required information is included in the booklet, where you can find recommendations for good restraints, how to get different places. Appartment is great as well as the building. After staying at this place, I can say it is the best location next to Vatican, with walking distance to the famous monuments and places , but without of crowds of tourists. Next time I would like to stay at this place in case it is available. Forget to mention, that parking place you can find next to home or in parallel street there is a parking garage.

Pros: 5 minutes walk from St. Pietro Cathedral. Premium location. Beautiful service: Customized, Receptive , helpful, responsive !!! Just perfecf!!

Pros: Location: excellent - just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop (lines 62 & 64) with direct access to many important tourist attractions - there is a Carrefour supermarket nearby - the area is full of great restaurants, cafés, souvenir shops, and gelato spots - it’s a quiet and safe neighbourhood Apartment: absolutely lovely - very spacious rooms, a large comfortable bed, and plenty of storage space - equipped with everything you might need — from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras (like a lighter on the balcony) - beautifully decorated and ideal for couples or a family - located on the 4th floor, easily accessible via elevator, with a very secure front door Owner: the best :) - Alessio was fantastic — communication was smooth and quick throughout our stay - when we arrived, he gave us a warm welcome, a tour of the apartment, and shared great local tips and sightseeing recommendations - he also helped us arrange transportation to the airport when we left

Charming Stay in the Heart of Rome

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Rome. The location is absolutely fantastic - just a short walk from the Vatican and within easy reach of all the major attractions. Whether you're heading to St. Peter’s Basilica, Piazza Navona, or simply exploring the charming Roman streets, everything is conveniently close. The apartment itself was very clean, bright, and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy a relaxed breakfast before heading out. Our host was kind and helpful, making check-in smooth. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient base in Rome!

Cons: We could occasionally hear our neighbors, which slightly affected the overall tranquility of the space. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay.

Pros: The apartment is very close to Vatican. Free parking in the street. There is everything we need . The host is kind and responsive. 🙂

Cons: Immeuble sonore (on entend tous les voisins même s'ils ne font pas la fête) et le sofa dans le salon n'est pas un lit (il se déplie mais pas de matelas donc inconfortable pour un adulte)
