St. Peter Garden House

Pros: Second time at Peter Garden House and I still believe it's the best location in Rome! Francesca is wonderful and the attention to all details is very high. We didn't miss anything and it was perfect even for the rainy days we had. The location is a small walk from Vatican (7 minutes walk) and from very good, affordable restaurants nearby. There is also a big supermarket close by but all the details are provided by the host. Great place!

Neat apartment in a nice neighbourhood and great location for sightseeing in Rome

Pros: Location was in a very nice area up the hill south of Vatican City. We could reach the historic center in the east with a 20 minute walk which was very convenient. Francesca (the host) is absolutely great; I can also recommend the taxi company she is working with for airpot transfers. The apartment is very nice and in good shape. We had a good time there.

Cons: You could sometimes hear the neighbour's footsteps from above, but this is probably unavoidable for such a building and it did not bother us much. But definitely good value for the money.

We would love to stay here again

Pros: Spacious and clean apartment close to St. Peter’s. The garden is lovely. Having three shower rooms is great. The kitchen is well-stocked with essential condiments. Francesca is an excellent host - the pasta and drinks she left for us on our arrival were very thoughtful and welcome,and she remained attentive throughout our stay.

Cons: There are some minor issues with some fixings - a loose shower riser and the loose internal main door handle - but these things didn’t affect our stay. The steep road approaching the property is not a big issue, but it is worth mentioning for anyone with mobility issues who is not arriving by car.

Awesome location and host

Pros: A perfect location when visiting Rome, minutes walking distance from St.Peter's square but at the same time very quiet. Very clean, equipped with all you need and having a huge terace. The host is always available.

Cons: Nothing!!!

Pros: I really liked our host, Francesca. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us and made us feel instantly welcome. She was not only very friendly but also incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

Pros: This is my third visit to Rome and this was the best apartment I have ever lived in. The hostess who specially waited for my aunt and took care of her before we arrived. Francesca is a wonderful, caring owner who took care of every detail. The apartment is equipped with everything you could expect. Three bathrooms fully equipped from shower gel to ear buds and hair dryer. Super clean, large, beautiful terrace. 5 minutes to St. Peter's Square. Nearby good restaurants and a bus stop to Termini station. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Pros: Super friendly, professional and accommodating host. Apartment is a pearl in a quiet and safe area near the Vatican. Three separate bathrooms! Great beds and a lovely big garden.

Capodanno a Roma

Pros: Nella struttura c’era tutto, anche più del necessario. Posizione centralissima: praticamente a due passi da San Pietro. La cortesia dei proprietari ineccepibile. Mi hanno fornito tutte le indicazioni possibili. A causa di un imprevisto abbiamo dovuto ritardare il check out e sono stati davvero carini e cortesi. Grazie di cuore

Pros: Obiekt w znakomitej lokalizacji - w samym centrum Rzymu, ale w zacisznej uliczce z niemal zerowym ruchem samochodów. Wokoło mnóstwo zieleni, w tym na należącym do apartamentów gardenie. Apartament w pełni wyposażony i ma aż 3 łazienki. Do tego osobista opieka 24/7 - pani Francesca zajęła się absolutnie wszystkim, o co poprosiliśmy.
