Great sized apartment with fantastic facilities in great location.

Pros: This apartment is a great size with lots of space, and is in a fantastic location to explore all the Rome sights.

Pros: Such a lovely apartment, great facilities and amazing location. The host was very helpful when we checked in with access to the property.

Cons: We didn’t have anything to note that we didn’t like about this property. Would happily stay here again!

Pros: Great location, comfortable with plenty of space for four adults to relax.

Pros: Perfect location. Easy 30 min to walk to Vatican or colloseum. We walked to most sites. Appartment is loaded in a photo friendly alley. Clean rooms and great for two couples with separate bathrooms. Old charm kept and tastefully modernized. Great restaurants for breakfast and dinner nearby.

Location, location, location!

Pros: Fantastic location. So close to some major sites. The apartment had everything we needed. Comfortable and very enjoyable. Anna was super helpful and quickly dealt with any issues we had.

Cons: When I first tried to shower there was no hot water. Phone call to Anna had it quickly resolved. Same when I tripped the lights and couldn’t find the fuse box. Water pressure in the main bathroom was low but not the end of the world. Really everything was great.

Incredible location and beautiful flat

Pros: Beautiful location near Piazza Navona and within 20 minutes of many of Rome’s main sights, including the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps. The restaurant at the foot of the stairs was excellent, as was the gelato place next door. I was traveling with my husband and my father. The flat itself was extremely comfortable, with nice furnishings and plenty of welcome supplies in both bathrooms - so it truly felt like a home away from home. The host kindly allowed us to check out at noon - we did have a confused cleaner show up at 10.30am but cleared up very quickly after a phone call to Anna where she spoke with him, and he was really nice about it despite the miscommunication. I would highly recommend this place to

Cons: Very minor point that didn’t negatively impact our stay but is worth mentioning, the check out instructions request us to throw away our rubbish before leaving the flat. We searched high and low but couldn’t find any public bins in which to throw it. Finally the kind restaurant owner across the street allowed us to use his industrial bins. Not sure if we missed something very obvious but it would be helpful to leave more precise instructions to guests for disposing of the rubbish to avoid a last minute rush around trying to sort it out. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Pros: Great location, apartment was huge and well laid out for our family of 5, and our host was very responsive.

Pros: The host was wonderful! Anna was so nice and helpful. She was very accommodating with our arrival time, and followed up to confirm details and to ensure we were all set.

Perfect central location, picturesque exterior, modern interior

Pros: Fantastic location. Just off a main walking street with shops/bars/restaurants. Such a picturesque spot that tourists walking by would constantly take pictures up the little side street of the apartment. Great gelato and a great bar just steps away.

Cons: The second bedroom and bathroom are a little small, but mostly just in comparison to the wonderful primary bed/bath.
