Pros: Brilliant location, very central - everything was walking distance. Very cozy and sweet, comfortable with all the amenities needed. Nice to have a little kitchenette to cook as well, not that one should be in Rome.
Cons: Slightly noisy at time due to the bustling location.

Lovely place, lovely host, and a lovely stay.
Pros: The place was clean and spacious enough for 3 people. It’s in a great location being in the historic centre. Quite an aesthetic main room with the wood ceiling and minimal decor. The host was prompt in replying and the cleaners were friendly. Check-in and check-out was easy.
Cons: Not soundproof (might get woken up the the occasional group on a night out or a sweeper truck). The shower’s water pressure is a little low.

Great location
Pros: A very nice apartment, recently renovated and ideally located on a charming, typical street in the historic center of Rome.
Cons: The only drawback was a bit of noise from the road

Very clean, simple and stylish accommodation in a great part of Rome. The room has a beautiful ceiling. Stella and Gioia
Pros: Very helpful owners. Great facilities. Very clean, simple and stylish. Very good security locks. The option of flat pillows on the bed. Beautiful ceiling!
Cons: Only negative experience was the amount of noise in the street below on the Friday night (kept awake until after 3am). Nowhere to unpack and put away clothing - white cupboard was full of bedding! Also a clothing rail to hang jackets, etc, would be a good addition.

Lovely one night stay, wish we could have stayed longer
Pros: The styling was elegant and simple. Bed was so comfortable! Absolutely spotless too.
Cons: The only tiny thing, which is unavoidable in busy cities is the noise from the street outside.

What a Location! 😍
Pros: Such a lovely, modern apartment in the city center. Everything is new — we were the first guests! The host is very kind and gave us a free late check-out. Piazza Navona is just around the corner, and the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Vatican are all within a 5 to 10-minute walk. Lots of great restaurants nearby, just around the corner. Best stay I’ve had in Rome so far! 👌🏽😍

Pros: Appartamento in ottima posizione dietro a piazza Navona, staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile, facilissimo il check in e check out

Pros: Sono stata ospite della struttura nel periodo di Natale. Siamo rimasti super soddisfatti. Partendo dal check-in veloce e pratico per non parlare poi della location. Ampia , ben arredata con tutto il necessario. Situata in un palazzo affascinante praticamente a 10 passi da piazza Navona. La sua posizione è meravigliosa ben collegata, ma sinceramente abbiamo preferito camminare essendo a due passi dal centro, da Castel Sant Angelo… immergendosi totalmente nella città e nelle sue bellezze. L’appartamento dotato di ogni confort è stato super apprezzato. Ultimo man non meno importante la gentilezza e l’ospitalità della proprietaria Gioia. Ritorneremo sicuramente e grazie per averci fatto passare un bellissimo Natale💕

Eine tolle Woche in Rom in perfekter Lage.
Pros: Perfekte Lage, nette Gastgeberin mit schneller Antwortzeit, liebevoll eingerichtet, ideal für einen mehrtägigen Städtetrip. Tolle Restaurants, Geschäfte, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Tür.
Cons: Isolierung der Wände nicht optimal, man hört die Geräusche der Einkaufsstraße recht laut. Mit Ohrstöpsel jedoch kein Problem. Durch die ideale Lage und tolle Atmosphäre, fiel uns das nicht sehr stark ins Gewicht.

Great central location close to attractions with plenty of places to eat nearby. We loved it!!
Pros: Great central location with plenty of nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the area. There were also lots of places to eat within walking distance, which was very convenient. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. It was just perfect for us.
Cons: It was a little difficult to locate at first. Need to be mindful of how much luggage you have as the stairs and door are narrow (but we love how it added to the character of the property). The laneways outside can be a little noisy - but we did not mind.
