Pros: Alex was amazing work his not knowledge, shared with us maps, great places to eat. Perfect location to walk everywhere. Clean, quiet, comfy beds. Great value for money

Cons: No lift if you need this, however they carried our bags both up and down for us so no complaints. Thank you guys.

Pros: We had such a great stay here! The staff were super friendly and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even shared their own map with local recommendations, which led us to some amazing restaurants that weren’t touristy at all. They also helped us get in touch with our next hotel to make sure we got there safely — such a thoughtful gesture. The location couldn’t be better either — just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Honestly, just really lovely people and a great place to stay!

Cons: Nothing it was a great stay.

Pros: Overall, my stay at 59 Steps Trevi was excellent. Great location, walking distance to all the sights. The cleanliness of the apartment deserves every praise, as does the friendliness of the staff. The air conditioning worked flawlessly during the extreme heat. The beds are comfortable. The only complaint I have about my stay this year is that I was not informed that the apartment was on the 4th floor without an elevator, so I had a lot of trouble walking up the stairs as I am elderly. In a conversation with the staff, I also learned that this problem will be fixed in the near future and that the entire building is actually being renovated, including an elevator and additional services such as breakfast and the like. I am happy to return to this facility again.

Cons: Mentioned above, only issue was lack of elevator.

Pros: The location was amazing — it was the best choice we could have made.

Great location - excellent staff.

Pros: Fabio was excellent helped us with directions for our walking tours and gave us some info on great restaurants in the area also booked our taxis to and from the airport. Perfect location right near the Trevi fountain so you can go before or after the crowds. Central to other attractions like , Spanish stairs and the pantheon, restaurants etc.

Cons: During our stay the temperature reached 30-31 degrees outside you need to be mindful that we were unable to use our air-conditioner due to government regulations. We were told the air conditioner could only be used when the night time temperature reached 27 degrees Celsius. We were provided with a pedastool fan but was very hot in our room. Also there was lots of stairs to climb after a long day sight seeing. A kettle for a cuppa in the room would be great.

Pros: Room was very clean, spacious and located just steps from the Trevi Fountain. Staff were very friendly and very helpful and sent us lists of great restaurants etc

Cons: No kettle or coffee machine

Location = unbeatable! Comfort = amazing! Hospitality = 5*!

Pros: The location of this place is amazing. I know all the reviews say this but it really is under a minute to the trevi fountain. Our favourite thing was walking past this beautiful monument every single morning. It meant we could jump in whenever the queue was smaller. Everything is walking distance! The Vatican is the furthest thing and it was only 40 mins picturesque walk. We arrived 1:30am but the self-check in was super easy and reassuring. As we were so close we decided to pop to the Trevi straight away and it was empty, so magical for our first night. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The host gave lots of fantastic recommendations for attractions and food. They gave us a map and drew the routes we need to take which we used every day of our trip. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The only thing to note is the stairs. We didn’t mind but they were a bit of challenge after a long day of walking!

Cons: Nothing, we will definitely be staying again!!

Hosts were friendly and helpful we arrived early and gave us a room straight which was very nice.

Pros: If you want to be right near the Trevi this is the place. There will be crowds all day long but we loved being in walking distance to every attraction. Bonus if you get up early and have your Trevi photos before the crowds pour in it’s a minute walk.

Cons: Nothing it was great for a quick 2 night stay.

Perfect boutique hotel , great location!!

Pros: I had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel in Rome! The location was perfect—walking distance to all the major attractions. The room was spacious, the bed incredibly comfortable, and despite being in a busy area, it was wonderfully quiet thanks to the soundproof windows. The staff went above and beyond, recommending great places to visit and providing helpful tips over WhatsApp. The service, location, and overall value were fantastic. I highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Rome!

Cons: That the holiday come to a end !! Cause it was perfect .
