Good location and friendly host.

Pros: I was really happy with my stay at Anthony Guesthouse. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and the location made exploring Rome effortless.

Cons: Great central location, but our ‘non-smoking’ room clearly hadn’t been respected by previous guests—strong smoke smell that didn’t clear even after hours of ventilation. Would recommend better enforcement of the non-smoking policy and a deep clean/ioniser between stay

Clean, comfortable, friendly.

Pros: The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. The host lifted my suitcase onto the support for me. They let me store my bags there after I checked out and before I caught my train to my next location; they even provided a set of keys specifically for that purpose. The location was close to a stop on several major bus routes.

Cons: Although the building had a lift to upper floors, one had to climb a short flight of stairs to get to it.

Well located in a safe area

Pros: The place is about a 15min walk from Termini Station, has the feel of a hotel room, and it has an elevator. We felt safe walking during the night. Angela & Antonio were very friendly and accommodating.
