Really nice stay

Pros: Amazing location, the room is cleaned every two days (we didnt know that), the owner let us check in earlier so that was amazing, it is a very spacious place

Cons: The bed needs to be changed asap and the shower is not made for women (it has only an overhead shower and I dont want to wash my hair every day)

Brilliant stay in a great location

Pros: Great facilities with a fridge and microwave in a communal kitchen, shower and bathroom Were great and a comfy bed

Cons: Headboard needs replacing, it’s is peeling and left pieces either attached to us or in the bed

Perfect last-minute booking

Pros: Ideal location, room was spacious, had a nice view, and pretty clean. Comfortable bed and sofa, working TV and AC, good Wi-Fi and plenty of plug sockets. Shared kitchen with cold water and fridge, and the private en-suite had a great shower and bidet. Got a good last minute deal and saved a bit of cash on the stay.

Cons: Backboard of bed was made of some faux leather that would shed everywhere if you touched it at all. Slightly difficult to find even with specific instructions, but staff were responsive when texted for assistance getting into the apartment for the check-in (despite not seeing anyone the entire time). Try to be cautious/informed when walking around outside, as there were many tourist trap restaurants, cafes, and tour guides, but also many hidden gems.

7 Day stay great value

Pros: Before booking I extensively read the reviews for Residenza Sistina and I was a little worried but it seemed ok and acceptable, I have completed a 7 day stay and its more than adequate Phenomenal location for me as the vatican was where I spent the bulk of my trip + many good restaurants right on your doorstep and the price was unbeatable 450 Euros for the week, staff replaced my sheets, towels + emptied the bins 5 times out of the 7 days which is great Wifi was good I never had any trouble with the connection and the noise was mitigated playing a 10 hour sounds of the rain from my phone in the corner of the room People really stress minor details stains and marks within their photos, even an old bedhead but it's really not a problem and the bed was absolutely not itchy or crawling with bugs as some others claimed, for the location and what I paid for it Ill happily do it again.

Cons: Not the hotels fault just a warning for others who like me don't have any phone data or wifi planned in advance coming into Italy be sure to organise check in details and read the owners instructions before you leave your last wifi zone, I did not so checking in wasn't as streamlined ( my fault )

Perfect location

Pros: The location was perfect! Room was a very good size and had everything we needed.

Cons: The street is very noisy at night but we solved that with a couple of earplugs.

Pros: Exceptional value for money! 5 min walk from the Vatican, 5 minutes from the Metro (Line A). Really helpful staff; room was very spacious and clean.

Cons: Very tiny shower

Pros: The location was exceptional, the host welcoming, quality price ok, comfortable.

Cons: the bathroom is small and the shower cabin is a bit cramped

The fantastic location of the apartment is near the Vatican Museum, Vatican and its garden. Around

Pros: The location is fantastic. I appreciate a very guick and kind communication with a landlord.

Cons: The cleaning of the room could be better. The entrance door had to be closed forcefully, therefore noisily.

Great location for Rome stay

Pros: The room and location was ideal for a short stay near the Vatican

Cons: Wifi was a bit weak
