I love that place and will come back again. I also recommended it to some of my friends who are going to visit Rome stil
Pros: It was super clean and super tidy. The room was spacious, same as bathroom. You can have some tea or coffee in the apartment. Also, there’s a toilet in the common area, not only in the rooms, so if you leave your luggage after check-out and then come back, you can still access the toilet. And of course - it is close to Vatican, and the subway, which made my stay convenient.
Cons: Nothing that I didn’t like. Breakfast is served outside which some might consider as an obstacle, but it’s right behind the corner, and food is tasty, coffee is gorgeous and the staff - super nice and helpful! That didn’t bother me at all.

Very nice room and appartman at a very good location
Pros: Clear instructions from the Guesthouse to find the place and we had a very nice and clean room. The breakfast place was also very good, even gluten free croisson was available.
Cons: The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, we could hear quite a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms / hall.

Pros: The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed and sheets were comfy plus you can help yourself with some coffee whenever you like. It is also almost across the Vatican Museum and maybe a few hundred dollars more than what I had planned

Lovely clean, comfortable, central apartment, with excellent facilities.
Pros: The apartment is so clean and comfortable. The facilities are excellent with the equipped kitchen and dining area. The location is excellent being a street away from the Vatican City. Buses run at the end of the street which is great to explore the city and very cheap as well. The coffee and pastries for breakfast are in a really lovely cafe at the end of the road. Staff could not have been more helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend this apartment. We were able to leave our luggage safely until our flight home which was very convenient.

Pros: The atmosphere was cozy, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. A special shoutout to Mia and sylvia their exceptional hospitality! They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, offering great recommendations and always being available to help with anything I needed. Their warm and friendly service truly made a difference.

Great Rome getaway
Pros: Room, Location, Lighting & Sockets near bed, Toiletries
Cons: lift area, 2nd door too heavy and slim for myself with limited movement in arm, toilet tissue not refilled, easy to see someone in person as not good on phone to chat.

Pros: Lovely clean room with everything needed for our trip to Rome! Perfect location to the Vatican! Easy to find out the owner sent us a WhatsApp video showing us clearly where we were and the door to use! High recommend and would defo stay again if in the area

Neat place, convenient location, worth the money
Pros: The property is extremely conveniently located, being at only a 3/4 minutes walking distance from Vatican City entrance gate. The Ottaviano metro stop is at a 5 minutes walking distance as well. The stay is located in a charming old Italian building and the elevator is original to the building, which means it opens after half a flight of stairs and has a small opening door. But it does the job and is really charming to those who enjoy history and architecture. The access to the property is keyless and convenient. The staff is helpful and kind. The place is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is at Tre cafe which is a great cafe round the corner in the same building. The breakfast included was smaller than what we are used to, but delicious, and we could order more. Overall we loved the stay and it was worth the money compared to Roman rates.
