Excellent property. 10/10.

Pros: What can I say, our stay was an excellent experience! We had a wonderful time there. The breakfast and coffee were both very good, and the ladies at the property were extremely polite and always happy to help with our requests. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the area felt very safe. There’s a bus stop to downtown right outside the property, as well as a supermarket and several dining options nearby. 10/10 — highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Beautiful stay for low price

Pros: We stayed there 3 nights and it was absolutely amazing, the room has very good A/C, it was clean and our room (404) was big for the prize. There are simple shelfs for clothes included, very handy. We were comforted with breakfast which is simple, but enough for us and a kind bonus together with accomodation. The host provided a generous amount of hygiene products like soap and shampoo, toilet paper or even cosmetic wipes. The Lady running the guest house was polite And solved any issues we had. Thank you very much for our stay! :)

Cons: Maybe the locality is near the hospital so the street is loud but this can be solved with the ear plugs.

Pros: The location is very good. The host is communicative and attentive. All necessary things are there. The room is cleaned every day.

Cons: The description states breakfast, but we can't call it breakfast. Croissants and coffee/tea/milk. and not enough space.

Excellent hospitality and value for money

Pros: The hospitality was exceptional, as was the location (halfway between Termini Station and LUISS University). The value for money was excellent.

Perfect for my needs

Pros: Close to the hospital where I was visiting my son, very convenient and friendly with a good breakfast

Pros: Instructions to get were clear. The room was small but very clean and had everything we needed for just a night. The building was clean and safe.

Pros: Couple of hundreds meter from Policlinico metro station. Good sized room and bathroom.

Cons: The chair was very uncomfortable. Air-conditioning unit was over the bed. Fortunately I did not use it much because the weather cooled down a bit.

Pros: The location was close to our conference venue and I particular liked the room was not too warm and bed good to sleep in. Everything was clean and one could take a drink and have some food upon arrival (which was late in my case). I left my phone by mistake and they send it after me, which was super helpful. The staff was very friendly.
