Pros: The apartment is fantastic, clean, new and all the facilities were super. Cataldo is a great host and even brought us breakfast, delicious croissants and coffe. I highly recommend this apartment. We were with kids and very near is a farm and a parc which was great.

Cons: I liked everything.

Pros: Konum olarak 15-20 dakikada tek otobüsle Roma Vittoria Emanuella Meydanı'na ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Bina eski olmakla birlikte odalar yeni ve temiz.

Pros: Ottima struttura, comoda, accogliente, vicina alle mie aree di interesse lavorativo, con un’accoglienza superlativa dal proprietario che ha saputo unire educazione, riservatezza, professionalità all’accoglienza e alla capacità di fornire consigli utili. Davvero perfetto, per me venire a Roma per business e’ solo Cataldo Suites!

Comodità e gentilezza, se dovessimo averne bisogno sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Pros: Ottima posizione con autobus sotto casa per raggiungere la nostra destinazione. Pulita con tutte le necessità (phon, lavatrice, cucina in comune). Signor Cataldo estremamente gentile e disponibile.

Cons: Due cose non direttamente collegate alla struttura in sè: Lavori corso temporanei nel palazzo, gli altri ospiti rumorosi e poco rispettosi degli spazi comuni

Clean and spacious, great value!

Pros: The space was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The bedrooms are very spacious and AC works great. The location is very close to the bus stop which is a plus

Cons: It was tricky to find the front door as there are no signs and I didn’t know to buzz the buzzer. I also wasn’t aware that there are other people sharing the common areas like the bathroom and kitchen. I don’t think this was stated in the listing, but maybe it was and I just missed it
