Pros: Staff / owner is kind and available. Clean, spacious rooms, breakfast common corner with fridge and few tables. The area is quite, considering the big city. Bars and backery available in the vicinity for a breakfast with delicious pastries.
Cons: Coffee cups and tea bags are available for breakfast, but nothing else (milk, biscuits or brioche). Power socket adapter not working in my room, but that's a minor glitch.

Pros: great host, super nice and helpful, easy contact, easy check-in and check-out adjusted to our needs, silent district, very well-equipped rooms according to the description, very clean

Pros: Our room was exactly as we expected, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Giada was a wonderful host, always quick to respond to any questions we had on WhatsApp The location was also good, just a short walk to the A Line metro. Additionally, there were a few charming cafes, lively bars, and a handy supermarket close by. The neighborhood itself was quiet and safe, adding to our overall sense of relaxation and security.

Highly recommended, great value, comfort and service!
Pros: Clean and modern B&B, great to have a space in the fridge, welcoming and helpful host, comfortable large double bed, nice entrance hall with a well equipped kitchenette to eat a cold snack. Host booked my taxi to go to the main train station and answered my questions very promptly.
Cons: Need to walk about 10 minutes to metro station, but it is doable. We cannot cook hot meals in kitchenette but there are nice coffee, gelato and restaurants with good value nearby.

Perfect Stay
Pros: It was a perfect stay. The owner is very sweet, thoughtful and helpful. He cleaned our room every day and left us free snacks. The hotel is in a very safe area and very close to the bus stops. Wifi, hot and cold water, air conditioning and everything you might need works very well. The rooms are very comfortable. I would stay here again if I come to Rome again.

A nice stay in Rome, affordable and convenient and clean and tidy. Perfect for a weekend stay in Rome.
Pros: It was clean, well organised and communicative by the host Giada who was very helpful and friendly! I liked that there was a view of some of the neighbourhood it was cute. There was some tea and coffee making facilities. It was nice that she prepared some water in the fridge for us, and also some cakes on the table!
Cons: I wasn’t aware that there is a kitchen used for all (even though we didn’t bump into anybody during our stay) but this isn’t for cooking, just for making tea etc, and we could use our rooms section of the fridge. The location isn’t in the centre of Rome so you need to either use the trains or use the buses which take you into the centre, using Citymapper helps since the bus stops can be confusing to find in some parts of Rome. The shower wasn’t great, it kept going from really hot to really cold.
