Tidy & pleasant place, prerry reasonable price, responsible and responsive apartment owner

Pros: The flat was clean and convenient. The landlady contacted us before our trip to agree on the time to meet on our arrival day. We were slightly late, but she waited for us, and then, showed the apartment and explained evrything.

Cons: Getting to the apartment from the city centre takes a while, especially if you use public transport which is hard to say consistent.

Pros: A very nice host, feels like home. Rooms are big and clean, beds are so soft, kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is good too. Very friendly and helpful owner, very thoughtful, till the little details as a coffee capsules on the room table. The place is perfect too, extremely safe, peaceful district. A lot of markets in this area, metro is very close and its perfectly easy to get to the center, doesn't take even 15 minutes. Also close to Termini and Tiburtina stations. I think it's even more safe to stay in this area than in the center. Also huge and beautiful park in just 7 minutes by walking, perfect for picnics when you need some silence and want to get away from crowd. Highly recommend. About metro, because it can be a little confusing, the 100 minutes double ticket means that there is two tickets in one card, but you can use first one many times in 100 minutes, after 100 minutes the second one gets activated, you can use it any time the same way.

Cons: Hard to say, the district is great , even though not close to touristy places 30-40 min metro or bus ride

Pros: The location is very good, close to metrô, train station and busses, as well as local commerce. The apartment is big and very well equipped. Comfortable beds, hot water and good kitchen.

Cons: The entrance is a bit complicated, because there's no doorbell at the building door.

Pros: It’s super close to bus and metro stations, great location with supermarkets nearby.

Cons: Kitchen was a bit small, but for two people at the same time perfectly fine.

Pros: The location and amenities around it. Our room was very big (Green room with balcony) and mattress was very comfy! Hosts were very nice and helpful, towels, coffee, kitchen amenities all provided. One minute walk to a bus stop that takes you directly to the center!! Metro 10 min walk. Area and apartment felt very safe :)

Cons: Balcony door did not shut properly although secured with gate so it was not a big problem other than traffic noise. The kitchen didn’t have much space for chopping and meal prep. Bathroom could do with an upgrade, shower screen is very old and does not feel very clean.

We liked it

Pros: 3 rooms in the flat. 1 bathroom and small kitchen. At the beginning I was afraid about noise from outside because the complex of building is along the pretty busy street. But you could close windows and electronical curtains and noise minalized. There is a spacious room, TV, balcony as well. All working, holster nice as well. Stayed 2 nights and actually we were happier by apartment than Rome city generally 😁

Cons: Aaammm... The location is a bit far but many good places to live are but further. Traveled without car so haven't any problems with parking

It was just like living in Rome!

Pros: Very spacious room with table and sofa. Fully equipped kitchen. It has a balcony too. The place including the bathroom is really clean. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. The gelato shop next door is so good. Robi is responsive and very helpful!

Cons: The bed is a bit too soft for me.

Everything was perfect !

Pros: The house is near the metro so you can easily take it to go around the city. The room was big and the kitchen had everything you would need. Robi was also the nicest and the most friendly host ever! She was always available and answered our messages very quickly.

Lovely spot to discover Rome from.

Pros: The flexibility of its kind owners. The flat was really close to different sorts of public transport and we had a lovely balcony for having breakfast or stay a bit out at night. Really lovely.

Cons: Having one shared bathroom with other 3 rooms was a bit tricky sometimes. But we are very happy with our stay overall.
