We stayed for a short time and it was a perfect place for a good night’s sleep.
Pros: The apartment is situated close to a bus stop with direct connections to the city centre. It’s in a quiet, peaceful part of the neighbourhood. Rooms are exceptionally clean, tidy and stylish. Overall, it’s a perfect place to stay if you want a good night’s sleep. Our hosts Elena and Francesco are both incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive.
Cons: Limited parking space. However, host offers an alternative parking garage about 130 metres away. Breakfast is about a 4–5 minute walk from the apartment, which might not suit everyone, but the staff there is very friendly.

Very practical, close to public transportation and cheap places to eat nearby
Pros: It was a very good location. Great if you are traveling by car. They have a partnership with a nearby parking lot that you can pay with cash, 15 euros per day (the employee working there when we arrived didn’t know about our arrival, but Elena from the guest house helped us right away on a phone call. It was very nice to count with her help). Another important note about the parking place: it is very small place, so maybe not the ideal if you are traveling with a large car. A note about breakfast for other travelers: it is served in a bakery nearby, and it is a combo of a croissant or sandwich and a cup of coffee (if you want more than that you have to pay yourself). About the public transportation: you can easily go around with both bus and metro, just tap your card and you are good to go (we used Google maps to see the routes and it worked perfectly).

Friendly , lovely , clean , safe area of Rome . Easy to get to .
Pros: Clean and safe . Very close to where we were attending , a concert at Villa Ada . Walking distance to Villa Ada . The staff were lovely , friendly and very helpful
Cons: The mattress was very hard . But that’s a personal preference . I find that in Italy most accommodation has hard mattresses and I hear that people who live here prefer them from what locals tell me . So they are I suppose catering to the majority. A small fridge in room with a couple of glasses would be helpful . Also as with many places in Italy there was no kettle , cups , tea or coffee / sugar .

Pros: The room was clean but a little cold. We used the air conditioning daily before going to sleep. The location is pretty far away from the ciry centre ( aprox 25-30 mins by bus ) but very close to public transport options. Mrs Elena is very nice and she offers constant help.
Cons: Not having centralised heat. Breakfast is served at a nearby cafe and it consist of croissant or sandwich and coffee or cappuccino.

Great area to stop in, super affordable. Great access to public transport but pretty far away from the centre of Rome.
Pros: Beautiful property, great location and wonderful staff. Public transport was very close by so almost everything was walking and busing distance.
Cons: The beds were atrocious, super thin, creaky and hard.

Pros: Very spacious and clean room and bathroom, exactly like on the picture. The guest house is 2 minutes away from public transport (buses to the city centre). Metro is about a 12-15 minute stroll (or you can also hop on a bus and get off at the metro). Elena, the host, is very kind and helpful and, most of all, non-interfering.
Cons: The only inconvenience, perhaps, is that breakfast is offered at a bar down the road. However, there is a dining area at the guest house with all necessary facilities if you want to bring / make your own breakfast.

Great stay in Rome and even better host :)
Pros: Great stay with everything you need...clean, comfy, not central but good and convenient location with bus stop few meters away, direct to Piazza Venezia or Termini. But, the thing that made us feel great is very kind host! She welcomed us and helped by explaining everything about transportation, from airport and through the city and back to Fiumicino :) Breakfast in near by café was also nice touch! Good WIFI - that important for many of us :)

Pros: The breakfast arrangements were very convenient . The cafe staff were open early and friendly. The room was very clean Elena was very helpful with sharing directions to the guesthouse; to and from the airport. She was kind enough to accompany me early morning to the train station to the airport <3 Buying tickets, understanding the bus and metro routes during my stay was very helpful
