Pros: I recently had the pleasure of spending four nights at this charming apartment, and it truly meet my expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the thoughtful gesture of a small welcome package featuring local jams and yogurt – a delightful touch that instantly made us feel at home. The apartment itself was impeccably styled, boasting a clean and fresh atmosphere that added to its appeal. Equipped with everything one could need, it made our stay incredibly convenient and comfortable. The spacious and sumptuously comfortable bed was a true blessing after long days of sightseeing, ensuring a restful night's sleep each evening. Furthermore, the owner's responsiveness and helpfulness truly stood out, making our experience even more enjoyable.
Cons: While the check-in instructions were a bit extensive for our liking, however, we understand that they may be helpful for other guests who appreciate detailed guidance. We did encounter a minor issue with ants making an unexpected visit through the main door. Additionally, while the closest metro station was a bit of a walk away (about 20 minutes), it is something to keep in mind for those planning to rely on public transportation.

Pros: Lungotevere Flaminio is a really good place . Apartment is cozy, clean and comfortable . Have everything for our stay Good location at Rome . Agatha and Maria are great . Agatha is an amazing host ,super helpfull and responsive. For sure I recommend this place.

Tranquillo e confortevole
Pros: L'arredamento e' molto curato e moderno, anche se di piccole dimensioni ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno di un weekend. C'è anche una terrazza che quando fa caldo può essere un buono spazio da sfruttare, dato che e' all' ombra.
Cons: Il condizionatore è molto rumoroso e la TV non si accende facilmente

Pros: Localização perto da Rome Business School. Perto de supermercado, restaurantes e transportes públicos. O apartamento é aconchegante e com tudo o que necessitamos.
Cons: Esteve uma semana muito quente, o AC foi essencial mas um pouco barulhento.
