Convenient Booking B&B

Pros: Great stay! The room was bright and very clean. The mattress was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and nice. The location is convenient with a bus stop nearby. The owner was very polite and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place.

Pros: The apartment had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is great, just about 15 minutes by bus from the center of Rome. There are several shops right in front of the building, as well as a bus stop, which made it super convenient to get around. The host was incredibly kind, he even picked us up from the train station because there was a strike that day. He also provided us with bus tickets, and we truly appreciated everything he did for us. Once we return to Rome, we’ll be more than happy to contact him again. We absolutely recommend staying here!

I would stay here again

Pros: We had a great stay! The apartment is renovated, comfortable and very clean. The service area with kettle, coffee machine, microwave and utensils was very helpful and practical. The location is well connected to the main attractions by different lines of bus (different bus stops around). Roger was a great host and provided us with a paper map as well as a digital maps of attractions and restaurants.

Pros: Thank you so much for this lovely apartment. We lived for 6 days, cleaning was done during this time, the apartment is very clean, everything is new. A super comfortable bed and pillows, after long walks around Rome is a very important aspect, you wake up refreshed in the morning! There is a bus stop next to the house, also close to the metro. All necessary infrastructure is nearby - supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The owner is very attentive to details, drinking water, coffee machine, tea were provided. We had an evening flight and the owner allowed us to make a late check-in without charging us any money, for which we are very grateful. 100% recommendation of these apartments!

Pros: The room is very nice and cozy. Is much better in reality than in the pictures. The bed is very comfortable, both the room and the bathroom are very clean, also the host cleans every two days, which is very good. The balcony is nice also. The mini kitchen is very helpful for coffee, tea etc. The host, Roger is a very kind and helpful. He helped us a lot during our stay, really is a great,great guy.

Clean, good host, and nice location

Pros: Roger, our host, was very helpful! We arrived late at night and he kindly waited up for us to let us in and get us situated into our room. The room was clean, we loved the balcony, and we were happy with the location as we booked to be near family in the area. We would stay again!

Cons: The room was a little cold so would have appreciated an extra duvet or blanket! But that is not the host's fault as we didn't let him know during our stay because we just wore warmer clothes to bed. In the future extra bedding in the room would have been appreciated!

Pros: Comfortable bed, firstclass bathtub, convenient location, kind and responsive host, delicious breakfast in nearby bar.

Pros: Camera molto pulita dotata di tutti i comfort. All'interno dell'appartamento è disponibile una piccola saletta con possibilità di fare caffè, un bollitore, posate, bicchieri ecc... Vicino alla fermata del bus che ti porta direttamente al centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Great stay

Pros: New flat, close to bus station that takes you to central Rome. The host was very helpful and responsive.
