Overall, it's fine. It's easy to get to the city center, the rooms are clean.
Pros: Ivan, the apartment's owner, is a pleasant young man, ready to help at any time. Bus stops nearby; number 190 goes to Termini Station via the city center.
Cons: This is NOT a HOTEL; it's three rooms in one apartment on the 6th floor of an apartment building. Booking.com filters show this place as a hotel, but it's not. The apartment has a kitchen, which is not allowed to use, and a washing machine, which is also not allowed to use either. Breakfast is Italian—just coffee and one pastry. Don't expect a filling breakfast.

It was a great place for the night: clean, comfortable and nice decor
Pros: Room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and as per picture, Ivan was very helpful and friendly...very much appreciated when arriving in a different country.
Cons: Breakfast worked well for me, but not for everyone.

The owner Ivan went out of his way to help us.booked taxi’stold us of local bars to eat and drink even ended up taking
Pros: Convenient location for public transport into Rome bus no 23 gets you there in less than half an hour.
Cons: Clean well presented , very trendy decor with nice toiletries.

Pros: Great comfortable bed with fantastic aircon. Easy for public transport. Lovely breakfast at local cafe a stone throw away. Free parking within walking distance. Host was very responsive when contacted.
Cons: Tricky finding the accommodation as in a courtyard between two roads, which has pedestrian access only. We where stick until we called host who arranged someone to come and meet us.

In general, everything was perfect for our stay of 5 nights.
Pros: The owner was always answering fast by text, answering to a lot of our questions and was proposing many restaurants. We had the coffee and croissant included each morning, in some coffee shop around the place. The bus station was down the block, so it was easy to go everywhere in Rome.
Cons: Because of the trafic, the bus can take between 30-60 min to go in the central, so you need to prepare your activities in consequence.

Enjoyed a lot and recommend as a good starting place to visit a city
Pros: Very comfortable bed, good working air condition, nice bathroom with a good shower- a lot of space and nicely designed 👌🏼 the apartment is near the street but we didn’t feel overwhelmed by the night noise at all! The bus stop is just as you leave the block, you don’t need to look for it and the bus is taking you to the city center directly it helps a lot ☺️👌🏼 the host is nice and open, always willing to help if needed and cares about a good stay for you, he speaks English very well so don’t worry if you doesn’t speak Italian 😉 the breakfast is not served in your room, you get tickets to have breakfast in the bar across the street. For me it was even a better experience cause the bar has very friendly staff, is near the house and you can select a coffee and something sweet as Italians used to do for a breakfast ☺️ We loved a stay there and may come back in the future! Really enjoyed and recommend ☺️
