Pros: Favorable location of B&B, really friendly owners and stuff, quiet and green area. Bus stop nearby. Breakfast in italian style, always fresh-baked goods and coffee. Rooms huge and cleaned everyday. A place worth noticing and recommending!

Pros: Monica and her husband are very kind and very helpful. Our first hour there they both welcomed us and provided us with a map of the city, bus tickets to get us into the city centre initially so we could buy a travel pass (which we had to replace for the next guest) and told us which bus to take (number 98 runs every 10 minutes into city center and back again and takes about 20-30mins traffic depending). The room was cleaned daily, the bed and pillows were comfortable and we had lots of space. Breakfast was great with a selection of pastries, cereal, bread with meats and cheese and Monica makes very nice scrambled eggs using fresh eggs from her chickens. The Highland cows on the land are adorable, especially the baby cow Filippo. This place really is a slice of heaven outside the mayhem of the city centre. If we were to go back to Rome we would definitely stay here again!
Cons: Wifi could be a little patchy at times

Pros: It is amazing that you can have bed and breakfast in a such a quiet nice place, only ca 45 minute drive (average, depends on traffic) by bus 98 from the center of Rome! Apartment has a bedroom, big bathroom with shower and a small reception, it is clean and comfortable. Monica is a lovely host, very friendly and helpful. We asked for kettle and cups for the room to have a cup of tea in the evening, and it was granted immediately. Breakfasts are simple, but include home products and are served with great hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay there.
Cons: Buses run not so often during weekends and there is no timetable for buses in Rome, take this into account when planning your trip. A tip for the first time to find the place: check the bus route and all the stops in adviance, bus drivers do not always know which stop is 'Forte Bravetta'.

Pros: Amazing bed and breakfast a small bus ride out of central Rome. Fresh breakfast was really appreciated each morning, and clothes were washed, dried and folded also free of charge. There's only one bus (098) needed to take into the Vatican city and all central Roman attractions. Monica was happy also to show the best routes around and suggest places to visit
Cons: The time to get back to the BNB can take quite a while at night, but it's a minimal price to pay and more from Rome's public transport

Pros: Amazing and comfortable place. Great location, just a bus ride away from all the attractions. Monica and her husband are fabulous. She will help you with anything and answer all the questions. Love her coffee and eggs for breakfast, especially the Over Easy ones.
