The best place we have stayed our whole trip! Choose this one!

Pros: Wow what an incredible place! Just Concerta is incredibly lovely and helpful! Gave us a walking tour of the neighbourhood, helped us with our laundry and kept us comfortable during our stay. Located within 20 minutes walk of Vatican City, 20 minutes from the metro and 3 minutes from the bus. Very comfortable and clean rooms and bathroom, modern heat pump and large size. Very safe neighbourhood with nearby restaurants and supermarkets. We will definitely stay again! 100/10!

Pros: Bnb was well located for access to attractions of Rome. Owner was friendly and helpful. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. Voucher for continental bf provided at local coffee shop was good.

Cons: The bnb was rather difficult to lfind in an appartment complex. Had to go down the street for some of the breakfast. Extra food was provided back at the bnb. This broke the breakfast. The owner could not speak English, which made communication difficult, but she used translation device, which helped.

Great host, happy, friendly stay. Very clean room and bathroom. Little treats included Fruit, cakes, water. The hostess

Pros: Great location (Anastasio or Gregory XI bus stops.stops) for Vatican (20 min walk or 5 min bus) with quick bus/metro links to central Rome and all sights. Lovely breakfast nearby st Italian cafe (provided). They also can sell you a metro and bus pass for many days (3 days was only 22 Euros).

Cons: There’s an air con unit but it’s either that or an open patio door. No window.

Pros: Host was amazing! Showed us around and made us feel very welcome. If I come back to Rome this will be the only place I go to!

Would 10/10 stay again absolutely gorgeous little place.

Pros: Concetta was an amazing host and made us feel so at home!! Supplied us with fresh water, juices, coffee, muffins and everything was beyond clean. She even gave us a tour of the local city and showed us how to use the bus. Grazie Concetta for your hospitality.

Coziest place in Rome!

Pros: Very welcoming place, equipped with everything you need. Concetta is a very lovely lady, we enjoyed the daily cleaning service and restocking of the fruit and small treats! Nearby is a very good family owned restaurant that Concetta recommended, we ate there three times during our stay. Metro stop is 15 minutes away, but bus stop is just around the corner. We will be staying here again on our next Rome trip!

Pleasent, wuiete and safe

Pros: The property was very well located, walking distance from the vatican. The place was absolutely clean and cleaned daily. The place security was excellent and the host was fantastic, Concertta took the time to showed us around the neighbourhood facilities and took the time to ensure everything was clear. She explained and communicate via google translator to ensure we understood any instructions or answers to questions we had. The place was cossy and perfect for a couple. The breakfast was a simple Italian breakfast.

Cons: Closed to everything, buses and metro underground. Walking distance from the Vatican and very safe. Security was every where.

Just fantastic

Pros: This was my second time staying here, and it's just fantastic. The host is so welcoming and makes your stay very enjoyable. The location is great, being only a short bus to the vatacin. I can not recommend this place enough.

Pros: Nicest host we ever had - didn't speak any English, but was readily equipped with Google Translate for entire conversations. Offered to point us where to explore. Never been in a cleaner room, it was tidied every day refreshments were steadily provided. Breakfast was ok, you get coupons you can trade in at a nearby cafe for croissants and coffee. Location is a bit far from the sights, but well connected - overall a very quiet area. We were leaving before 4am and the host was up and ensured we had fresh water and a bite to eat before our trip back (even though we ensured her as much was not necessary). We felt really taken care of and enjoyed our stay thoroughly, would recommend the accommodation to everyone.
