Overall, a good and honest stay, with very good value for money, especially considering the location

Pros: The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The kitchen was spacious, well equipped, and offered many breakfast options, which we really appreciated. The location in the heart of Trastevere was excellent and made it easy to enjoy the neighborhood like locals. The host was very helpful, responsive, and clear in communication throughout our stay. Even without meeting in person, everything was well organized, and we felt supported whenever needed.

Cons: There were a couple of minor issues, such as some noise from the bathroom plumbing and occasional instability with the hot water. In addition, the entrance to the building is quite old and can feel confusing at first, but this initial impression is compensated by the quality of the interior space and the room.

Pros: Danilo was fantastic, so helpful and knowledgeable, he had a map of Rome and drew on the map all the places of interest and how to get there including the restaurants close by. I would not hesitate in recommending Danilo and would stay again Kind regards David

Fab place, fab location

Pros: Great communication, we got good tips for sightsering and local restaurants. Room was clean with ensuite and balcony. Kitchen very well stocked and available 24/7. Location was fab. All in all a great place to stay, would recommend!

Pros: Perfect location, close to the center and a perfect host. The rooms are bigger than they look in the pictures and very clean.

Great short stay, I’ll be back

Pros: I liked that they had a tram so close we could Hope on and get to piazza Venezia in 3 stops and then walk around Rome which made us feel safe coming home. Nice walk to the Tiberius river and bakery downstairs and supermarket very handy. He had a wonderful and accomodating driver that picked us up and stop off at airport and anything else we needed with reasonable fee. The coffee machine Danilo has on the kitchen is amazing flavour and he provides such good breakfast items to help yourself . Very good

Cons: Only thing nothing bathroom in my room but knew from beginning the situation but cannot complain at all.

Pros: Great location, right next to transport, bistros and shops… a quaint and surgeries building that really makes you know you’re in Rome!

Very nice and helpful owner

Pros: Incredibly helpful owner, good location close to restaurants, supermarket and a thirty minute walk to the city centre.

Pros: The host was extremely welcome to accommodate the earlier arrival time. Location is great. Room is sufficiently big and balcony is great.

Cons: Nothing that is significant enough, I would gladly stay here again. Two details that could be better: Shower is glitchy, sometimes the water temperature changes by its own (between very hot and very cold) and makes it difficult to shower at the constant water temperature. Also toilet is very loud, which is especially noticeable if you use it during the night.
