Book it with no second thoughts!

Pros: Very facile access to city attractions, well organised stay, they changes sheets and towels daily which was very nice, the administrator was very helpful and welcoming. Definitely recommend it!

Cons: The radiators were not working, i guess because the temperatures were not that low, but it got chilly inside. It was not a problem though, we turned on the AC on heating and it was fine.

Great location close to Vatican but steep stairs up.

Pros: Great location just off the Tiber near Vatican The room was lovely and clean. The shower and bathroom was a good size Good value The staff were quick and responsive in coming back to me.

Cons: The bed was too short for a tall person like me - 192cm The stairs up to the room were very narrow and steep but this was an old building. The keypad on the door wasn’t obvious and I had to message to understand how to use it.

Christmas trip to Rome

Pros: We had such a comfortable stay here, the apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean. The coffee machine was very welcome 🙏🏻 It was a treat in a self-contained unit to have the room made up every day. Location - walking distance from Vatican and 2 minutes from the river for lovely views, also convenient to nice restaurants and pretty streets. Communication- always fast and extremely helpful! We felt very safe with the two coded doors.

Cons: The stairs are quite steep, but the handrail is sturdy. And they added to the feeling of staying in an authentic building 😉

Bring earplugs and you will have a perfect stay!

Pros: Location is fabulous, walkable to all the main sights and areas, but also the number 40 bus goes to Termini for the metro everywhere too. Apartment is very well equipped with a hob and microwave and plenty of cooking utensils, and there is both a Carrefour and Pam nearby to get everything you need to cook in the room, great for budgeting and/or travelling with a child. So useful having TV with Prime on for our daughter. Had to contact host with a small issue and the response was immediate. Plenty of great communication prior to stay, too. Felt very safe (two coded doors) and area is lovely.

Cons: Despite being tucked away on a side street, the noise from the main road was a lot at night - sirens, etc. this is to be expected from Rome, I think! But the ground floor property also gets a lot of noise from upstairs: we could hear every footstep, shower, furniture move and toilet flush. Unfortunately, on one night this went on until the early hours (2-3am); I don’t think the neighbours would have realised they were being noisy, it wasn’t music or stamping, just the way sound carries. Also the sofa bed is a little creaky. Definitely a little shabbier than the pictures suggest (unfinished-looking walls in bedroom etc) so perhaps not one to book if you want an impressive romantic luxury type stay, but very charming for us as a family.

Pros: It was spacious and not noisy at all. They allowed us to check in sooner and this was definitely a plus. Not far away from Vatican City.

Cons: It was all good.

Pros: Very nice and comfortable appartment at a good central location. Very friendly and helpfull hosts, we we scheduled to arrived well before the scheduled check in time and the hosts were very accomodating to organise an early check in. We loved comfortable beds and very nice design of the appartment.The owners have really put thought into the facilities of the appartment as well. Nice central location, perfect to explore the beautiful city of Rome.

Pros: Communication was really good and very supportive, they even got the room ready before the check in time so that we could get our luggage dropped off and make the most of our time in Rome. A cleaner came in to tidy the room during our stay but plenty of notice was provided and the check in was very easy with a clear instruction video Excellent hosts and property in a great location

Pros: Location is perfect, in the city center but not overcrowded or noisy.

Cons: Everything was ok.

Pros: Nice, clean, cozy apartament, perfect location, great cleaning services :) we enjoyed our stay!

Cons: The apartament was really cold when we checked in, but after few hours it was fine :)
