Pros: Wyposażenie extra, nie brakowało niczego w mieszkaniu.

Cons: Niemiły zapach z otwartej rury kanalizacyjnej. Niedociągnięcia w sprzątaniu pozostałości po remoncie. Blad w opisie o parkingu, niestety nie jest on w cenie mieszkania oraz nie ma możliwości wykupienia prywatnego miejsca. Auto musi zostać na ulicy, gdzie obowiązują dodatkowe opłaty!
