Pros: Alessandro was a perfect host, attentive and ready with recommendations and advice. The apartment is large, comfortable and right in the heart of Travestere. The double-glazed window meant no noise at night and was nice to have open during the day. I walked everywhere, the farthest being the Colosseum, Forum etc which was still only 30 mins. The apartment is only a few minutes walk to the Tiber and everything around the area is fascinating. Would highly recommend!!

5 nights in Rome during spring
Pros: Host provided a useful video of how to gain access and how to locate and access the keys. Spacious and well appointed apartment in an excellent location. The host provided a bottle of wine and water on arrival and also arranged an airport transfer on departure and recommended a local bag store when we checked out at 10am with a 5pm flight. Very handy and only round the corner. Great restaurant recommendations spoilt for choice really.
Cons: Street noise could put some people off. Although the widows are very good they could not block out all the noise and the street below does get quite rowdy at times until the early hours. The single bed is a fold out bed and not really suitable for an adult. The cushions were not really up to the job and the frame was uncomfortable. My wife and I travelled with our 14 year old son and his uncle so although there were only 4 of us we needed to use the double bed, sofa bed and fold out bed. Neither of these detracted from our excellent overall stay and Alessandro the host is very accommodating.

Lage, Lage, Lage
Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar. Mitten im Herzen von Rom, sodass wir alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Trastevere ist voll mit Restaurants, Bars, Straßenmusikern, kleinen Gässchen und damit perfekt um nach einem anstrengenden Tag mit kurzem Heimweg schöne Abende zu erleben. Wir werden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und hierher auch wiederkommen.
Cons: Die Küche war leider nicht wirklich sauber. Uns hat das nicht sonderlich gestört, weil wir die Küche auch nicht genutzt haben. Der Kühlschrank war sauber und sonst haben wir ohnehin nicht in der Wohnung gegessen. Das Bad wurde zwar renoviert, aber ist mittlerweile leider auch in die Jahre gekommen.

We would definitely return for another stay at Alessandro’s loft!
Pros: Location!! Very spacious and laundry on site was a huge bonus! Alessandro was very helpful and contacted us prior to arrival with vital information and had complimentary Prosecco and water waiting for us in the fridge. A really nice touch! He was also readily available to respond to any questions we had. The property is exactly as photographed.
Cons: Our stay was during a heat wave! The air conditioner didn’t seem to cool the property in a timely manner. Guests are unable to leave the air conditioner running as the power supply is activated with keys to the property.

Pros: Alessandro was great (friendly and easy to talk to, lots of recommendations), wifi was fast, and the location is central to all things Trastevere.
Cons: it can be loud until late in the evening (3AM), but we were prepared for this with ear plugs and noise canceling headphones
