Pros: A nice place, good in winter. Must be even nicer in summer. We were surprised that we didn't hear any noice at night, given streets and neighborhood.

Cons: With airco the only source of heating (in the bedroom), and the bathroom radiator off (and could not be turned on) it got cold and challenging to take showers in the morning, or dry towels.

Great location, clean and well equipped, lively outdoor space and attentive host

Pros: Location was perfect. Easy to get to from Piazza Trilussa which is right where the Ponte Sisto pedestrian bridge crosse the Tiber. Lively area with great restaurants,bars and shops. Also central. 30 minute walk in one direction to Vatican and 30 minutes in the other direction to Colosseum. In between those two sites it is a 25-35 minute walk to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain etc. apartment is roomy and well equipped and has a wonderful private terrasse with lounge chairs and table and a second cafe table with chairs. Luca was informative and a good communicator and my 6 days there were wonderful

Cons: It is up one fairly long flight of stairs so if you have heavy luggage may not be pleasant.
