Pros: I loved the layout. Plenty of room, each of my roommates(2 +me) each had their own room. A/C in each room. The bathrooms were amazing. The kitchen was clean. The terrace was beautiful. The view was magnificent. The owner was very friendly, helped me locate the apartment, gave a wonderful tour, was very patient with us, helped with any problems I had, communicated very well with me. Seriously was a great landlord. Thank you It’s located in a nice spot in Rome. You simple walk down the street it’s located on, it’ll lead you to the Patheon and from there you can go anywhere. It’s very easy to located the street and find your way back home.
