Extremely conveninet and super place to stay

Pros: 1) Location: Very close to metro station Porta Furba, supermarket 2) Host: Antonio is very helpful host. He is available on Whatsapp and responses were very quick. He had arranged a short eats and fruit drink on arrival which was very nice of him. He arranged taxi ride to get back to airport 3) The apartment was very comfortable. Kitchen has all basic cooking facilities, coffee to use, general items like salt, sugar, oil were kept available. Two bedrooms had AC units, Bathroom had water heater and room heater. Spacious enough for entire family. Bath towels were arranged.

Cons: not much to say about things I did not like. Few suggestions to improve. The main bedroom AC unit might need some maintenance. It is not efficient as the one located in twin-bed bed room. Adding vegetable peeler and few kitchen utensils like spatula would enhance the use of kitchen. The water heater in the bathroom is very slow to heat the water. After 1-2 people bathing it is difficult for the rest to get hot water in quick time.

Absolute value for money and comfortable experience!! Fully recommended.

Pros: Absolute value for money! So, we had booked the property for 3 nights to explore Rome and Vatican. Day 1 we arrived late from airport to the property. It was easy to find the location and very safe neighborhood. The apartment was easy to access using the key box and very neat and tidy! The key highlights are the metro lines which are super cheap to reach Vatican city and places in Rome (3 euros for return tickets) . Another key highlights are the grocery stores : Gros Sacoph Supermercati and one small Asian grocery store just near the metro station - porta furba. All the main attractions can be easily reached via the metro starting from porta furba like in 25 mins. Fully equipped kitchen so we make our food if we want. All the needs were fully accommodating including some snacks left by the hosts to welcome the guests. Over all amazing value for money visit to the Rome! Thanks to Host, made us feel homely.

Cons: Nothing, all up to the mark!

Pros: lovely apartment, clean and well laid out, clear instructions on entry with the key safe for balcony, close to shops and metro station.

Cons: Maybe just a little too far from the centre of Rome that's a minor thing.

I recommend this place.

Pros: The apartment is clean, new decorated, very well equipped (coffee, tea, water and even chips), spacious rooms. Clean bathroom, nice, with towels, what is very important. 3 minutes to the metro and 30 minutes to the city center.

Cons: Entrance to the terrace is only from the street, which means there is no privacy. Generally, the apartment is dark, but in hot weather this is probably an advantage. Remember not to turn on more than one electrical device at a time.

Pros: the apartment is perfect! the location is fantastic, 3 minutes on foot to the metro station and in 15 minutes you are at the greatest attractions of Rome. Additionally, there is a 24-hour supermarket and many delicious restaurants near the house

Un séjour reposant en famille, entre confort, accueil chaleureux et découverte en toute tranquillité

Pros: L’appartement était propre, bien équipé pour un séjour de longue durée, et tout y est pensé dans le détail. Les informations utiles sont clairement affichées, et le responsable est très réactif et attentionné. La station de métro à proximité est un vrai plus. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux avec du jus et des croissants à notre arrivée, après un long voyage.

Cons: Nous avons toutefois trouvé l’emplacement un peu isolé, ce qui peut ne pas convenir à ceux qui souhaitent être au cœur de l’animation. Cependant, cela peut être un avantage pour les personnes en quête de tranquillité, loin du bruit et de l’agitation des grandes villes.

Pros: La casa está a 5 minutos andando desde el metro, en un barrio tranquilo. Tiene 2 habitaciones muy amplias con aire acondicionado y TV en cada una. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días y además el anfitrión nos dejó café y croissant para el desayuno, El baño también tiene secador, gel y champú. El anfitrión nos ayudó con todo lo que solicitamos y respondía muy rápido. El metro va directo a la mayoría de sitios turísticos y a la estación de Termini.

Cons: Los colchones podrían haber sido algo más cómodos.

Très bon séjour

Pros: Le gérant était très sympathique et disponible pendant toute la durée du séjour pour répondre rapidement aux messages. L'appartement est propre et autonome. 7 minutes à pied seulement de la rame du métro, parfait!

Cons: Trop de fourmis malgré la désinfection de la part de la propriétaire, elles ont continué à affluer. Ce n'est pas de sa faute bien-sûr mais c'était désagréable d'en voir autant sur les tables et meubles...

Pros: Apartamento con todos los servicios. En zona muy tranquila y muy bien comunicada por metro y bus Supermercado 24 horas cercano Lugares buenos para comer y cenar Antonio muy servicial y amable Lo recomiendo

Pros: Host was super fine, willing to help for anything we needed. Place was very clean, had everything. Location was great as it was a quiet neighborhood and very close to the metro station. Also had a 24/7 supermarket nearby, as well as cafes, bakeries, restaurants etc.
