wonderful time in Rome

Pros: Fantastic Location. Right in the centre abd very quiet. excelent for 2 people, which are not couple (friends)

Cons: we stayed for a week and there was noone there throughout the week...

Good location with a larger space to relax compared to a typical hotel room

Pros: It was good location that I found not to be noisy at all. It is inner court facing away from the street. Easy to get luggage up and down with an elevator that is right next to the apartment door. We were met by the hosts on arrival who made it very easy for us to leave our bags until the apartment was ready and quick tour of the building / apartment. Comfortable bed and couch with a separate nook with a kitchenette was lovely.

Cons: Being an inner court facing apartment barely any natural light comes into the apartment so it can be very dark even during the day. There was construction and scaffolding happening during our stay although not noisy it created a lot of dust and rubbish on the outside balcony areas. The bathtub/shower was small and the water would easily go on to the floor when showering. Unfortunately not mentioned to us before our stay is that the washing machine was broken. If this is of interest to you I would suggest checking with host before booking.

We spend 4 nights at apartment as 3 adult people. We really enjoyed staying there. Thank you!

Pros: Location it’s just amazing. Easy entrance and lift. Comfortable bed, towels, lots of storage place, two keys and welcome champagne:-)🍾 Good to know: it’s not too much day light in the room just because of the view to inside block. The kitchen it’s really small with tiny fridge for just a few things to fit inside. The equipment for kitchen it’s hidden around whole apartment - so it takes time to find some specific things.

Cons: We just miss cloth for dishes and hand soap in the bathroom. It’s just for other guests improvement :-)

Pros: Excelente ubicación, punto medio para recorrer toda la ciudad a pie. Nos tocaron días muy calurosos y el aire anduvo muy bien.

Pros: Emplacement vraiment idéal, joli appartement calme et très haut de plafond, assez spacieux pour deux pas plus, pas très lumineux mais ce n'est pas grave vu que l'on passe la journée dehors, pas utilisé la petite cuisine de toute manière pas de place pour manger.

Cons: Il faudrait faire le ménage à fond et nettoyer la poussière, refaire une partie de la salle de bains et le fauteuil pas très propre.
