Fantastico

Pros: Spazioso e tipico appartamento al piano terra di un palazzo storico nel cuore di Roma, vicinissimo a castel Sant'Angelo ed al Vaticano. Molto tranquillo e silenzioso e vicinissimo a tutte le attrazioni di Roma Pulizie impeccabili e arredato con gusto, ottima la scelta di ristoranti in zona. Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio, ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. A presto

Close to most major atraction

Pros: We had an excellent time. Surely will consider them for future trips. The good; Location, location, location: located near vatican, walking distance from the most popular atractions (from 0,5 to around 2km). Host: Excellent, very atentive but not invasive. Rooms: Everything as in the photos. small summary; the place is a detached appartment you access trough a small patio, very private very quiet. Fully equipped (minus a dishwasher :( ), had two full beds and single sofa-bed. Two bathrooms (a big plus for our family); a nice living room with TV a two sofas, and a small dinning table. Summary: you trully get the feeling your are in a home and not in an hotel room (for us that is a plus since we travel with two young kids and they need flexibility that sometimes you cannot find in hotel rooms)

Cons: The Not so Good (or things to improve); Maintenence in some parts could be better (a missing screw there, a lose cap there, nothing seriuos just like in every home), I would recommend better attention to cleaness also (found water in the electric kettle and in the expresso macchine), but nothing that would break a great experience in Rome. A Side Note: There are no doors between rooms (no real privacy but we are a family, so no problem there) and sunlight will enter at morning in one of the rooms without the posibility to use a blackout (so if you need total obscurity bring a sleep mask).
