Simply perfect from all point of views

Pros: To all those in the comment saying that the room was not clean they did not like this and that they are all overreacting i work in tourism management for many years the hotel was perfect clean ,aesthetic like a vintage house with the vibe of Rome ,the staff excellent the location is simply perfect your in the center you do not even need buses you can walk all Rome easily please do not hesitate it’s one of the best choices in Rome thank you all for making our stay perfect

Cons: That I wanted to stay more and I had to return home

Great location

Pros: The location is perfect! You don't need to use any kind of transport - the apartment is right next to the Pantheon and so close to the beautiful squares Navona, Spanish steps and the di Trevi fountain. You can walk to the Coliseum and Forum Romanum, passing by the monument of Vittorio Emmanuel II. We went on foot to Trastavere and Vatican also. It is a great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of centro storico. There are many places around the building to have coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner, gelatto and italian deserts. The host was very polite.

Cons: There can be made some renovations, by keeping the style and the spirit of the apartment and the building.

Loved loved loved it

Pros: Loved the private terrace and authentic feel. Great that there were two toilets. Ideal location.

A great and comfortable apartment to stay as a couple or as a family in an excellent location.

Pros: A charming apartment in a special style, with a huge balcony! Excellent location!

Cons: Every now and then the electricity jumps and you have to go down to the electrical cabinet on the cracker floor and pick up the fuse. Unpleasant but not terrible.

A rustic historic stay with some minor discomforts in a fabulous location.

Pros: We loved the beautiful huge terrace on the property and the old historical nature of the building. The location could absolutely not be beat. Our daughter who is a teenager could walk outside and wander around and we were blocks away from The pantheon. The Wi-Fi was very solid.

Cons: The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that my husband and I had to move the Mattress onto the floor to sleep because it was curved. The upstairs was too warm and stuffy at night. The air conditioner is barely functioning.

Great location, host and apartment

Pros: Location and the style of the property which is very historic and well decorated.

Pros: Встретили с семьей 2026 год в этих уютнейших апартаментах. Все было просто супер, такая аутентичная квартирка в самом сердце Рима. Все рядом, в пешей доступности. Мы передвигались пешком и все было рядом. И магазины и рестораны, очень вкусные👍 приветливая девушка Ева, все рассказала, показала и подсказала. Спасибо, все было шикарно, останавливайтесь здесь, не пожалеете

Güzel

Pros: Konumu çok iyiydi ve yetkili kişiler çok ilgiliydi. Mutfakta yemek yapmak için ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut banyosunda şampuan ve duş jeli vardı çok güzel bir terası var

Cons: Eski olmasını sevdim ama biraz bakımsızdı duvarda Görebileceğiniz çatlaklar var yürüdüğünüz zaman her yer sallanıyor koltuk ve sandalyelerin minderleri çökmüş oturduğunuz zaman içeri giriyorsunuz.
