Pros: The lady who rents the apartment is truly wonderful — very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants and bars, and it’s very well connected to the city center, which made it easy to get around. Highly recommended!

Pros: The King’s House apartment is brand new apartment in Rome and as well new on Booking. I would recommend it to anyone who wants come for vacation in Rome. It’s very beautiful and our host Romano and his wife were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at The King’s House apartment. It’s nearby all needed places like train and bus stations and also grocery store is very close. For my next trip to Rome I would choose this place again.

Pros: Appartamento molto confortevole e appena ristrutturato, in posizione centrale e ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili durante il check-in. È stata davvero un’ottima esperienza e lo sceglierei nuovamente senza esitazione!

Appartamento da sogno

Pros: Appartamento pulitissimo e fornito di tutto il necessario, ci siamo sentite subito a casa anche grazie ai proprietari che oltre ad accoglierci con estrema gentilezza ci hanno spiegato ogni funzione della casa. Posizione ottima nei pressi della stazione ferroviaria Roma Termini e anche intorno ristoranti buonissimi! Siamo molto soddisfatte e speriamo di tornare al più presto e per più tempo, grazie ancora di tutto!

Un punto di riferimento per un soggiorno piacevole in zona Termini

Pros: I colori dell’appartamento sono rilassanti e gli spazi ben organizzati. Comodo il check in in autonomia, specialmente se ci si muove per lavoro con orari ristretti. Proprietari accoglienti. Supermercato di fronte ma anche tanti ristoranti in zona.

Cons: Nulla da segnalare.

Pros: Appartamento con tutto nuovissimo e appena ristrutturato , moderno e pulito . Tutto funzionante e ottimo bagno Mirna e Romano sono Host molto gentili e carolosi E la posizione esattamente davanti la facoltà di psicologia e 2 min da piazzetta di san Lorenzo permette un giro serale senza prendere alcun mezzo , bar e ristoranti molto carini
