Great stay, comfortable apartment!
Pros: I recently stayed in this apartment for 4 nights and everything was excellent. The place is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is great, easy to reach, and perfect for exploring the city. Communication with the host was fast and very helpful, all instructions were clear, and check-in/check-out were simple. The apartment had everything I needed for a pleasant stay, and I truly appreciated the host’s kindness and attention. I definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.
Cons: Just a recommendation: The apartment was great overall, but I would suggest fixing the kettle’s cable, it’s quite short and doesn’t reach the socket comfortably. Not a big issue, but improving this would make the stay even better.

Nice flat in a good area
Pros: I really enjoyed this place, it was exactly as per pictures - nice flat wit comfortable bed, nice kitchen and bathroom. It was located on first floor in nice building. Contact with the person responsible for this fiat was good via Booking messages, we have received pin to get to the building and unlock Keynes to this fiat. Location was around 20 minutes walking from Termini station in a nice and quiet area with the Conad shop just around the corner. Really recomend it!

Pros: Charming,nicely decorated apartment and very clean. Host is always available to answer all your questions. It is located near Termini train station, which makes this apartment very easy to reach. Don't hesitate to book it!

Our stay here exceeded our expectations
Pros: The apartment itself was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean, the furniture was new and there were even coffee capsules for the coffee machine. The owner was extremely friendly and always made sure that we were comfortable. The location seemed shady at first, but turned out it was great, and the transport connections were right next to it. Bzw, you can buy public transport tickets in every Tobacco shop or in metro stations. To sum up, our stay here exceeded our expectations. The only other thing to note: if you’re staying in early spring or late autumn take some warm clothes with you and some slippers are a MUST have, as during this time houses in Italy are very cold, especially the floors and the heating works only in winter.

Nice flat in Rome
Pros: The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and it was clean. It's size for three people was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay in Rome. It is also close to a Carrefour supermarket and bus stations, so we had easy access to the main attractions.

Comfy and nice flat for staying in Rome.
Pros: The flat was super clean and comfy. The kitchen was good equiped so it was super easy to prepeare meals for kid.
Cons: There was some noise every morning in the building next to ours, but I guess that it’s not alway like that.

Pros: This was a perfect place for me to stay during a week long congress at Sapienza. It was clean, spacious, and functional. The AC worked very well which was one of the main concerns in Augsut! The flat has everything I needed, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, spacious fridge, big wardrobe, washing machine. Easy check in and smooth communication. I would come back.

Pros: Otherwise the apartment was clean. Communication with the landlord was good! And for the review about the parking. It is for information, for people who have decided to come by car! It's not that there aren't places, but you have to be careful where you stop. Because there are paid places and one does not get scalded if one is not careful!
Cons: The apartment is really small. There is no terrace, it faces an inner courtyard. The bathroom is small. Where the shower cabin is, a large person will find it quite uncomfortable to shower. If you are driving, there is a paid zone in the area. You have to hope there are no cars under the nearby bridge where a tram passes. There are free parking spaces.
