Vatican 84

Pros: This wonderful apartment is located near the Vatican. It's very clean and cozy, equipped with all the necessary appliances and furniture. The hosts are very kind. Thank you very much!

Perfect

Pros: Perfect Great location. Walking distance to anywhere. Water kettle has some residue which need to be cleaned. Toilet papers only limited supply. But overall great accomodation, will recommend and stay again if we are back 😊. Francesca arranged transport to airport which was great as was raining and early morning. Thank u Francesca.

Pros: I had a great stay at Vatican 85! The apartment was huge, super comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need, perfect for 3–4 people. The host, Francesca, was really helpful and always reachable on WhatsApp, which made everything so easy. The location is fantastic, lots of restaurants and convenience stores just a short walk away, and only 5–10 minutes to the Vatican. A lovely spot if you want the feel of a local neighborhood while being close to all the main sights. Definitely recommended!

We had a great stay

Pros: Great apartment, extremely spacious and clean, fully equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, 2min to the bus station or less than 30 min walk to the city center. The owners are nice and helpful, they arrange the airport transfer and waited for us with snacks and drinks.

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Pros: - Very spacious - 2 bed rooms & 2 baths - well stocked ( tea/ coffee/ sugar/ condiments/ snacks etc) - 3 supermarkets within 5 mnts walk - clean - very helpful host - tv with English channels 🙂

Cons: These are not direct issues if the property , but things that could be concerns to guests … - bus stop is about 7-8 mnts walk , but the direct bus line to the city wasn’t that frequent. - the lift is quite small

Pros: I really liked everything, the apartment has everything you need for both a short and long trip. From an iron to coffee capsules for the coffee machine. The rooms are separate with separate bathrooms, which really helps when four women live there. I really liked it because everything is nearby and the communication is also very convenient.

Cons: A sofa bed that folds out is not very suitable if people sleep a bit larger; it's not very comfortable to sleep on.

If sink is fixed, it will be my only place I’d consider staying when visiting the Vatican.

Pros: So much space. Could live and work there without issues. Water pressure was fantastic. Kitchen was good.

Cons: Sink in master bedroom was clogged. Also ventilation in that bathroom wasn’t the best. Needed to leave window open always.

Brilliant experience and would stay here again.

Pros: Francessca was very welcoming and friendly and waited until late for our arrival ( our flight was delayed). The apartment is very spacious and clean and ideal for 4 people. The sofa bed is so comfy ( like a small double bed that can fit 2). I took my elderly parents and they really enjoyed the experience. There is a lift to the apartment which was really handy. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is really good, the bus stop is a few minutes walk ( you can even see the top of St.Peters Bascillica from there). I would recommend using the 'Move it' app for bus routes and times, it was very handy. There is a supermarket a few doors down which was brilliant, it has a bakery at the back which was lovely. I would stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you for a brilliant experience.

Cons: Disliked · The flat next door, are having some work done and it got a little loud during the day, but i noticed this stopped around 5/6pm, couldn't have a afternoon nap. The neighbours were a little loud in the evenings but this calmed down around 10pm. This is no fault of the owners and didn't ruin my whole experience.

Cozy, modern, clean and functional

Pros: Very nice apartment for those who appreciate the comfort and the feeling of a spacious apartment. Simple and modern ambient with everything you need; functional and very clean. The well-equipped kitchen and the two bathrooms are definitely making the difference! The apartment is perfectly located, just a 15-minute walk from Vatican City and approximately 30-40 minutes from the historic Pantheon city center. If you enjoy walking while discovering Rome's architectural gems, the apartment location is definitely a plus. We enjoyed out staying at this apartment and felt very comfortable and safe. Cons: Everything was really good, maybe we missed some more kitchen knives.

Pros: The apartment was perfect! There was a welcome treat, so nice and thoughtful! Very clean and very comfortable apartment with two bathrooms for us and the kids so it was convenient. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. There is a shop just nextdoor and we could buy food and prepare breakfast and family dinner at the apartment. The location is also great, nearby the St Peter basilica and from there you can walk to other places downtown. The train station is 5 minutes away so it was very convenient to catch a train to the airport. The host was helpful and replied instantly! She gave us great advise and recommendations. The apartment has a small and comfy terrace which adds nicely to the apartment.

Cons: Nothing really, all was just perfect! We highly recommend and we would stay there again next time we visit Rome!
