I would stay again, a little generic and lacking style but still nice.

Pros: The apartment itself is really nice. I like the location and the layout and the terrace. Ample closet space. The kitchen is usable.

Cons: It's furnished with the cheapest barest things, no character or personal touches, just the bare minimum. The apartment is really nice and if more care had been put into its furnishing and decorating it would be exceptional.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. Paul is very nice!

Pros: The apartment is big, cozy and clean, the block is very nice and it’s a 5-minute walk to the tramway to Termini. There’s even a very cute café for breakfast just in front. Overall, it was perfect !

Pros: I liked the interior and cleanliness of the apartment, as well as the fact that it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The owner took care of all the amenities and little things. He stayed in touch if I needed to clarify something or advice on transportation or anything else. I was looking for an apartment that would have enough space for me and my daughters, as well as for me to cook, relax, and have privacy. And here I found what I needed. Another advantage is the terrace, which is a nice place to eat and spend time.

Cons: The apartment met all my requirements and expectations. The only thing is that the apartment is a bit far from the center. But in my opinion, this is an advantage, not a disadvantage, as the center is full of people and noise. The location has good transport links to the city center and has a supermarket nearby.

Pros: Прекрасные аппартаменты! Нам с мужем понравилось абсолютно всё! Идеальная чистота! Чувствовали себя как дома! Уютно, комнаты светлые, воздушные! Широкие кровати, с удобными матрацами. Приятный аромат во всей квартире! На кухне есть всё необходимое - техника, посуда и даже продукты - соль, сахар, кофе, чай, паста, приправы, соусы, оливковое масло, минеральная вода в бутылках 😊 Есть балкончик и терраса - приятно посидеть, выпить кофе на солнышке). Тихо, нет городского шума. Доехать до центра Рима можно за 20-30 минут. Хозяйка чудесная! Мы приехали из аэропорта поздно ночью. Не смогли открыть кодовый замок с ключом. Понадобилась консультация как это сделать. Хозяйка доброжелательно всё объяснила по телефону в 2:00 ночи. Очень благодарны ей! ❤️ Если ещё раз приедем в Рим - будем рады снова остановится в этих аппартаментах☺️

Appartement convivial, propre et à proximité des transports. Superbe trouvaille !

Pros: Emplacement idéalement situé ! À proximité du bus et du métro qui rejoignent facilement le centre-ville. Hôte très réactif et convivial. La résidence est calme et situé dans un quartier charmant. Wifi, climatisation... tout est parfaitement équipé. Nous avons apprécié la petite intention à notre arrivée !
