iFlat Trastevere Unique Loft

Lovely place but could do better

Pros: Location was excellent, it was quiet and close to everything. The space was lovely and it felt very private despite being on a main thoroughfare.

Cons: Loft bed was below acceptable comfort levels. It was hard and lumpy. Bed downstairs had grubby mattress covers with strands of hair from previous use. Hanging space was filled with random items (old clothes, old shoes etc). It had dirty hand towels and a wet smelly rag and didn’t leave you space for your own items to be hung. Washing machine wasn’t clean and smelt mouldy. No tea towels in kitchen, no sharp knife. Coffee machine and kettle needed cleaning.

Overall, I had a great stay and would happily return.

Pros: The apartment was fantastic, spacious and located in a great area. There were plenty of excellent restaurants and bars nearby. The city itself is very aesthetic, which added to the overall experience. The host communicated well and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!

Cons: It could’ve been a bit cleaner, particularly the sofa.

Pros: En ince detayına kadar bilgilendirmelerin yapıldığı muazzam bir hizmet sunuyorlar. Çok memnun kaldık. Konum mükemmel. Roma merkezinde birçok yer akşam saatlerinde kapalıyken bu bölge çok canlı ve geç saatlere kadar eğlenebiliyorsunuz.

Pros: Erg mooi appartement in hele leuke wijk met vooral locals en op loopafstand van meeste toeristische sights. Host die sleutel overhandigde had diverse goede tips voor eten/drinken

Cons: Omdat het appartement op de begane grond is, komt er wat geluid vanaf de straatzijde.

Pros: Ampia e in ottima posizione. Nonostante il quartiere molto animato rimane comunque silenziosa

Cons: Porta direttamente sulla strada e una sola finestra

Pros: Good location, friendly staff at check in, and clean apartment. Overall a good value and descent apartment.

Cons: A bit odd layout to the rooms/loft. No door separating living/kitchen area from bedroom/loft area.

Pros: Location was fantastic. The property was very cool and reflective of the vibe of Trastevere. We really liked how light and open the property felt.

Cons: If I were to have guests in my property, I would want it company ready. I would have it cleaned well and organized. This was not the case here. While the beds were made and the bathroom fixtures cleaned, the closets were messy and it felt like having guests stay there was an afterthought. The books in the bookshelf were all water damaged and should be thrown away. The dishes were stored in the tv cabinet in the front room along side cables, junk and papers children had colored on. The was a mop bucket in the bedroom closet with a dirty rag hung over the side. Cleanliness was ok. It just felt as if someone said to the owners, “company is coming!” and they cleaned it up by stuffing everything in the cabinets and closets.
