Spacious apartment in authentic Rome neighbourhood

Pros: Fantastic modern and spacious apartment in an old building. The kitchen had everything we needed. The local neighbourhood is lively and friendly with a few local bars and restaurants. The host Sara was very easy to contact

Cons: The location is a long way from the centre and public transport isn’t great.

Pros: We loved every minute spent in this flat, the host is very thoughtful and the flat contains everything one might need for their stay in Rome - from kitchen essentials to even board games. It's super clean and the host is amazing, pure hospitality! The area is good, there is a carrefour market open 24h and several places to eat or have a drink. There is a tram stop few minutes away from the flat, but during our stay we preferred to use the metro, which is around 15 minutes walk and is very convenient to reach any corner of the city.

Family stay

Pros: - great location, few minutes walking from 24h supermarket, Giardinetti tram and bus stops, and about 25 minutes walking from metro line C; - safe private parking; - very friendly and helpful host; - comfortable beds; - air condition in every room; - good price to quality ratio.

Cons: If I had to be picky, I would complain about not enough plates and cutlery for a comfortable stay of 5 people or more, but we managed fine and I do no have to be picky ;) Besides, there is a dishwasher anyway...

Comfortable visit to Rome

Pros: Communication with the host was good. The place was clean and had everything it advertised. It is in a quiet area. It is a good place to stay for your visit to Rome if you are interested in doing day activities.

Cons: Location is not the best. It takes some days to get used to where it is and how to move in and out from the location as there is nothing touristic to do around (at least not that we saw). It is good if you are looking for something far from the centre.

Cosy, well-equipped apartment with nice host

Pros: The host is a very nice person, easy to talk to. The apartment is very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, bathroom is also very nice. There is also a dishwasher and a washing mashine with pods to them. There were boardgames available and you can log in into netflix. Nearby there is Carrefour 24h and a lot of restaurants, even mcdonald is very close. The bus stop is also close. The bed is very comfortable, its nice there is ac in the rooms. There is an elevator in the building i was a bit shocked to find it over there. Bardzo miła pani gospodarz, chętnie wszystko wytłumaczy i podpowie jak się poruszać po rzymie, gdzie zjeść itp. Apartament bardzo wygodny, kuchnia dobrze wyposażana i zadbana w pełni sprawna łazienka. Dodatkowo mamy również zmywarkę oraz pralkę razem z kapsułkami do nich. Są na wyposażeniu gry planszowe oraz można się zalogować na netflixa. Blisko jest Carrefour 24h na dobę, restaurację oraz mcdonald. To przystanku autobusowego również blisko.

Cons: The neighborhood is a bit scary to move around when it's dark outside and it's a bit far away from the city centre. I don't know if it's because of the renovation or it's always like this but public transportation like buses is very crowded and moves slowly because of the traffic. It's better to use metro, much faster but unfortunately it's destinations are limited. Those glasses with something ear-like but not with an actual ear are the worst, please change them to some mugs or something to drink tea without struggling to lift the cup or worrying that it will spill. Okolica trochę nieciekawa, strasznie się samej poruszać jak już się ściemni. Trochę daleko od centrum a niewiem czy to przez te renowacje czy tak jest zawsze transport publiczny czyli autobusy to tragedia, zatłoczone a przez duży ruch na drodze strasznie wolno się przemieszczają. Do centrum jedziesz jakąś 1 godzinę a nawet więcej, z przesiadką i cały czas w ścisku. Już lepiej jechać metrem, też ścisk ale szybko przejeżdża, niestety nie wszędzie dojeżdża.

Pros: De ruimte, netheid, goed bed, alles eigenlijk. Erg fijn en ruimtelijk appartement

Ideal para unos días en Roma

Pros: TODO! espacioso, luminoso, cómodo y decorado con mucho gusto y todos los detalles!

Если Вас большая компания или семья из 6 человек- очень удобно.

Pros: Просторные аппартаменты. В каждой комнате кондиционер. Наличие бесплатной парковки. Приемлемая стоимость.

Cons: Не было нормального разделочного ножа (только столовые). Но это проблема большинства апартаментов).

Wygodne mieszkanie z dbałością o szczegóły.

Pros: Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i urządzone tak, by zapewnić komfortowy pobyt (pojemne szafy, rozkładany stół w kuchni, zmywarka wraz z kapsułkami). Ponadto w kuchni była też herbata i kawa oraz ręcznik papierowy, co szczególnie doceniłam ze względu na późny meldunek i możliwość zrobienia zakupów dopiero kolejnego dnia. Carrefour w odległości 2-3 minutowego spaceru. Dojście do stacji metra zajmowało nam z dziećmi około 15 minut. Przemieszczaliśmy się tylko metrem oraz pieszo i było to dla nas wygodne.

Pros: Appartamento curatissimo nei minimi dettagli, molto accogliente e confortevole. Comodissimo il parcheggio.
