Candelor House - Apartment & Garden Trastevere

Beautifuk layout apartment, great value for family beautiful clean.

Pros: L'appartamento è davvero molto carino e funzionale, gli spazi sono gestiti al meglio e completi di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una bella vacanza. Letti comodi e ambiente pulito. L'host Luisa è stata molto disponibile e gentile, lasciandoci anche a disposizione te, caffè e altro per la colazione. La posizione è ottima trovandosi in una zona tranquilla, ma a pochi passi dalla vivace vita di Trastevere. Per chi arriva in auto nella zona ci sono diversi parcheggi gratuiti.

Excellent stay

Pros: Great little apartment on the ground floor. Host was very responsive when one of the keys to access the building broke upon first use. Nice offering of toast, jams and teas. Living space seating a bit small but typical of an Italian apartment and worked fine for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable for all. The light switches were marked with what they operated which was soooo nice after many stays of flicking lights off and on elsewhere. Location was nice, maybe a little further than I thought from the heart of Trastevere but that provided quiet that we likely wouldn't have had if we were closer. Was still a manageable walk.

Cons: Everything was great. If have to find something, the half bath was a bit older and very small but was very nice to have the additional bathroom! Also, the first night in the main bedroom, we could not find curtains to close or any way to darken the bedroom from the sidewalk and lights outside. We did discover the next morning the switches to roll down the shades to provide privacy and darkness. Would be nice if those were marked as well for those of us who don't know that is a 'thing'. Overall highly recommend.

Pros: Casa molto spaziosa e accogliente, c'era tutto il necessario. Eravamo in 4 ragazze e il fatto di avere due bagni è stato molto utile. La proprietaria Luisa è stata molto disponibile, ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare le valigie sia prima del check-in sia dopo il check-out. Zona tranquilla ma molto vicino a zona Trastevere che è piena di locali e movida. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Very nice stay in a quiet part of Trastevere

Pros: Great apartment for 3 people in a quiet section of Trastevere. Almost off the beaten path in a neighbourhood that has LOTS of tourists. Host was very communicative. The place was very clean. Showers are a bit tight, but that's been my experience in several Italian washrooms. All went well. Thank you.

Perfect!

Pros: Location of the apartment was excellent so we could easily get to all places we wanted to visit. There is a good supermarket just around the corner (Conad) so that was very convenient. Communication with the host Luisa was perfect from start to end, and everything was as expected. I would certainly recommend this apartment to everyone!

Pros: L’ambiente è carino e pulito ed abbastanza silenzioso. La posizione è buona a piedi si arriva a Trastevere in poco tempo

Cons: Soppalco un po’ bassino per il secondo matrimoniale anche se letto comodo

Pros: Gazda a fost amabila și dispusă sa ne ajute cu orice am avut nevoie.

Due giorni a Roma

Pros: Check in lampo, pulizia, il modo in cui è disposta la casa sia come posizione che come arredamento (ben presentata dalle foto) . L'host ha risposto puntualmente ai messaggi. La zona è silenziosa, buona per riposare ed un ottimo punto di partenza per delle belle passeggiate. Spero di tornare.

Cons: Niente di particolare da segnalare, magari avere un po' più di scelta nella colazione.
