Pros: Everything was great. Raffaello was very helpful and nice. House itself is really great, I wish I could stay more and not just 1 day. Bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. Plus there was table tennis and table football for us to enjoy.

Excellent séjour

Pros: Bien situé au dernier étage. Bien équipé, clair, confortable et calme. Super terrasse et espace extérieur pour manger, jouer ou se reposer. Bonne réactivité du propriétaire pour répondre aux questions.

Cons: Peu de vaisselle disponible et salle de bain / robinetteries un peu usées (mais tout est opérationnel).

Perfekt für einen Trip nach Rom

Pros: Das Appartement ist wirklich toll 👍 es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist absolut problemlos und der Vermieter ist bei Fragen schnell erreichbar. Die Lage in unserem Lieblingsviertel (Trastevere) ist perfekt und auch parken ist kein Problem. Wir wurden Anfang November von der Sonne geweckt die direkt aufs Bett scheint 👍die Dachterasse ist toll und es gibt auch alles was man braucht in der näheren Umgebung. Es war einfach nur toll.

Cons: Die Badarmatur müsste mal wieder erneuert werden, aber das dürfte kein Problem sein.

Alles op loopafstand naar centrum

Pros: Contact met eigenaar verliep soepel, en flexibel qua incheck tijden. De mogelijkheid om prive in garage te parkeren. Locatie was top op loopafstand van centrum en openbaar vervoer. Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien.

Cons: Verduistering d.m.v. luxaflex is niet optimaal, dus als je lichtgevoelig bent ben je optijd wakker.

Pros: Eine wunderbare Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf Rom und Paulusbasilika

Wunderschönes Penthouse in zentraler Lage

Pros: Das Apartment bietet von der großen Terrasse einen wunderschönen Ausblick über Rom und ist sehr zentral gelegen. Fussläufig befindet sich ein Viertel mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und kleinen Läden. Wir wurden sehr nett von Raffaello empfangen und alle Absprachen waren sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können das Apartment sehr empfehlen!
