Unique rooftop property near Tiburtina station

Pros: The location was fantastic - steps away from Metro line B and Tiburtina station, and near multiple supermarkets and restaurants. The property was a unique rooftop apartment with a large private wraparound patio space with nice views of the neighbourhood and distant mountains. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi were great.

Cons: It wasn't really an issue for us, but keep in mind the property does not have a living room area like most apartments - it's more like a 2-bedroom hotel room (with TVs in the bedrooms) with a kitchen and small table. I would suggest window coverings in the kitchen and bathroom to dramatically reduce air conditioning costs for the owner.

Soddisfatta!

Pros: Host disponibile, struttura pulita, dotata di tanti servizi, asciugamanti extra, climatizzatore funzionante, smart tv in entrambe le camere da letto, macchinetta per il caffè con cialde, frigorifero e microonde. Il climatizzatore ci ha salvato la vita sotto i colpi del primo caldo estivo!

Cons: Mi è piaciuto tutto, suggerisco solo di includere uno specchio a figura intera, potrebbe far comodo :)

Host gentilissimo e disponibile, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Pros: Comodissimo per quanto riguardano i mezzi di trasporto, i luoghi principali sono raggiungibili in meno di mezz’ora. Stazione di Tiburtina a 5 minuti di distanza. La terrazza molto grande con vista. Appartamento molto bello e accogliente.

Cons: Nulla che ci abbia particolarmente disturbato:)
