A comfortable and convenient stay close to Tiburtina Station.
Pros: The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The location near Tiburtina Station was very convenient for getting around Rome. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was easy. The space felt safe and quiet.
Cons: I couldn’t find any broom or vacuum cleaner in the apartment, so it was difficult to keep the place clean during my stay.

Great family stay in a nice apartment, close to subway & bus.
Pros: Clean, well furnished, modern flat, very close to subway (across the street) and cafes ideal for breakfast (located in the same building)
Cons: All windows face a busy roundabout so it gets noisy from time to time when cars horn. Water pressure under the shower could be higher - difficult to wash long hair ( no idea how much the owner can influence it).

Amazing Stay

Rome Stay
Pros: Spotlessly Clean, host was helpful and responded quickly, location was perfect for access to the Metro and overground/Cental Rome.
Cons: Softer pillows would be nice, but all bedding was crisp and new, no complaints.

Pros: Location was perfect, direct access to all trains, (including Intercity Fast trains) buses and Metro 100mtrs. Metro ride to Colosseum is 4 stops = 10 minutes. From here you can see most of all the popular tourist sites. The apartment was refurbished 2 months ago, we stayed late Oct 2024. Everything is new within the apartment, including kitchen, bathrooms, bedroom, furniture and new flooring. Our approx arrival time was promptly greated by Carlos, he was very helpful. Would highly recommend Suite Station Tiburtina and would rebook without hesitation. Cannot comment on local eateries, as we ate close to tourist sites.
Cons: Our stay was too short, although we did extend by 1 extra night.

Все було чудово, є нюанс але в цілому ми задоволені
Pros: Все було так як на фото, чисто дуже, ремонт новий. Район дуже зручний, поруч метро, поруч супермаркет італійський і супермаркет український що дуже сильно порадував нас.
Cons: Єдине що нам заважало спати це тонкі вікна, дуже чутно вулицю. А крім цього мінусів немає 👍👍👍

Pros: Posizione ottima, praticamente di fronte alla stazione Tiburtina e letteralmente sopra l'ingresso della Metro B. Al pianoterra dello stesso palazzo c'è un bar con una vasta selezione di dolci per un'ottima colazione.

Pros: Podobało nam się wszystko. Gospodarz miły i pomocny. Przyjechaliśmy za wcześnie ale bez problemu mogliśmy się zameldować w mieszkaniu. Blisko metro co bardzo nam ułatwiło dojazd do różnych miejsc. Polecam

Weekend romano
Pros: L'appartamento è di recente ristrutturazione, ampio, luminoso e davvero ottimamente insonorizzato (cosa che, trovandosi di fronte alla stazione Roma Tiburtina, non è così scontata). Posizione strategica, perché, pur non trovandosi esattamente in centro, è a due passi dalla metro B e dalla stazione che è servita sia dalla linea AV sia dal collegamento con la Fiera e con l'aeroporto di Fiumicino.
Cons: Se proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto, si potrebbe curare leggermente di più la pulizia che è molto buona, ma non perfetta.

Pros: Apartament dobrze wyposażony i jakości ponad nasze oczekiwania, nowoczesny wystrój, w dobrej lokalizacji przy stacji metra i pociągów oraz autobusów- wszędzie blisko i wygodnie.
Cons: Jedynie trochę dźwięki ulicy i miasta były słyszalne ale czego się spodziewać mieszkając w mieście
