Pros: The location is close to Piaza del Popolo and it is easy to reach the center. The quarter is nice and safe and there are shops nearby.

Nice apartment for work too

Pros: It has everything you need to both visit the city, but also work remotely. The wifi is sufficiently fast for video calls. The host is responsive and will answer your questions promptly

Cons: Fine by me, as I like walking a lot, but it's in a residential area with fewer options for transport compared to the city center
