Lovely Cozy Apartment Parioli

Our home away from home

Pros: We loved our 'home away from home'. Quiet, spotless and had everything we needed to feel comfortable & relaxed. Close to supermarket, just a little walk down the road, close to bus routes too. Our Host, Giacomo, was always there to answer any questions, direct or provide useful information. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a very busy day in Rome. Would recommend this lovely apartment to anyone xx

Excellent experience, beautiful apartment and great host

Pros: I stayed for 2 nights with my friends (3 in total) and our stay was excellent. The apartment was quite, clean and beautiful. The host was great as he provided detailed information about the location and how to get there. Inside the apartment there are written recommendations for restaurants, landmarks and coffee shops! We had a great time and I totally recommend it.

Pros: We chose the apartment for two reasons: the presence of a balcony and the fact that it is in the Parioli district - one of the quietest and cleanest residential neighborhoods in Rome.The living room is of optimal size (it looks more spacious in the photos), with a separate dining area and a space for editing and TV.There are grocery stores near the apartment, as well as a concierge for the entire building.Thank you for your assistance with the airport transfer!

Cons: I am disappointed with the cleanliness - apparently the person who takes care of it is not entirely correct in his work or is not required to do so - the balcony had not been cleaned for months with brooms, shovels and other unnecessary items lying around. The cleanliness around the stove and the sink in the kitchenette was similar. Given our one-week stay, the man who checked us in correctly specified that cleaning and changing of linen would be required in the middle of our stay. Yes, the linen was cleaned and changed, but we were left without face and hand towels, and ... toilet paper. I am writing all this not on a whim, but because it is clearly time to repair and replace some of the furniture. You could also consider a coat hanger in the small hallway.
