Overall, I would go back and stay here again because of the helpful host, location, and overall comfort.

Pros: The host was extremely helpful and kind, answered all our questions quickly, and even helped us book a transfer to the airport, which we really appreciated. The apartment is on the ground floor, but we did not feel unsafe. The street is calm, and although there is a little noise from neighbors, it was not disturbing. Public transport is very convenient: the tram stop is very close and bus stops are about 7 minutes away. There is a small shop 2–3 minutes from the building, a tabacchi (transport tickets shop) within 5 minutes, and several good restaurants nearby. WiFi was very good, and there were two TVs in both bedrooms with YouTube. The space was enough for us, the kitchen amenities were in good condition, and the beds were okay – not the best, but not uncomfortable.

Cons: The apartment was not completely clean – there was dust and some spider webs, and the sheets had small stains and were a bit big for the blankets. The heating sometimes turned off by itself at night or in the morning until afternoon, so mornings felt a bit chilly. Hot water was not enough for several people showering and ran out after about 15–20 minutes, so you need to take turns. There is no washing machine or iron (only a hair dryer).

Perfectly located apartment and great value for money

Pros: Excellent location and great value for money: the apartment is big with everything anyone would need, and the terrasse is perfect for a dinner at the end of the day.

Cons: The main bed was quite uncomfortable and since the apartment is on the ground floor it's quite dark.

Pros: Всем хорошего отдыха! Считаю, что нам повезло заселится в такую квартиру по такой цене. Идеальная планировка для 2+2! Супер локация! Все чисто и ухоженно. Первый раз за все мои путешествия я был так восхищен снятыми апартаментами. Хозяину удачи и спасибо за приветственное вино. P.S. Если бы не великий город Рим, я бы вообще не выходил из этой крвартиры!
