Pros: What I liked the most was the cleanliness of the apartment – that's the most important thing for me. The bed linen and towels were clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bed is comfortable. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and is great for sleeping.
Cons: There’s nothing I would point out as something I didn’t like — more of a friendly feedback for improvement, of course, if the host decides to consider it: Adjust the water pressure in the shower, It would be helpful to have some kitchen towels, The option to open the blinds in the living room — maybe it’s possible, but I couldn’t figure it out.

Emplacement idéale en transport en commun
Pros: L’emplacement de l’appartement est très proche d’arrêts de bus pour nous emmener dans le centre à côté des sites historiques, il y a une station de métro aussi pas loin . Autour nous avons facilement trouvé petit supermarché, boulangerie , bar , restaurant. Quartier et immeuble calme .

Pros: Sehr geräumige Wohnung, gemütliche Betten; die nächste Metro Station ist ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Perfecte per a una estança en família de diversos dies.
Pros: La localització és molt bona, en un barri molt tranquil i ben comunicat. Els anfitrions són excel·lents i no vam tenir cap problema per comunicar-nos amb ells en cap moment. L'apartament ha complert les nostres expecatives. És net i comfortable, i té tot el necessari per a fer l'estança còmoda. Totalment recomenable.
Cons: La dutxa té poca pressió d'aigua, i de vegades és difícil controlar la temperatura de l'aigua.

SUPER POBYT W PIĘKNYM MIEŚCIE
Pros: Apartament bardzo dobrze położony. Mimo ruchliwej ulicy, w środku było cicho. Z okien salonu w oddali widzieliśmy kopułę Bazyliki Św. Piotra. W odległości 800 m dwa przystanki metra - Re di Roma i San Giovani. Na Latrean można iść piechotą. dookoła kilka przystanków autobusowych, autobusy jeżdżące w różnych kierunkach. Na przeciw market CARREFOUR EXPRESS czynny do wieczora, więc zawsze można zrobić zakupy. Apartament bardzo czysty, dostępna pościel i ręczniki. W kuchni zestaw powitalny - ścierka, płyn do naczyń, gąbka. Herbata i kilka kapsułek do ekspresu. W łazience mydło w płynie przy umywalce i pod prysznicem. Sypialnia bardzo wygodna. Przy 4 osobach spanie w salonie i jednocześnie korzystanie ze stołu trochę niewygodne. My przenieśliśmy stół do hallu, który jest połączony z otwartą kuchnią i mieliśmy super jadalnię. No i oczywiście przez to super drugą sypialnię (rozkładana kanapa bardzo szeroka i bardzo wygodna).

Großzügige Wohnung mit kleinen unnötigen Mängeln
Pros: Schlafzimmer durch langen Flur getrennt vom Wohnzimmer, in dem unser Sohn geschlafen hat, sodass er ungestört von uns und wir von ihm waren. Dank der tollen und preiswerten Öffentlichen war die Lage überhaupt kein Problem.
Cons: Die Böden waren schmutzig, voller Haare. Auf meine Rückmeldung kam nur die Antwort, wir können statt um 10 Uhr um 12 Uhr auschecken, was für uns aufgrund des frühen Abflugs irrelevant war. Zudem fehlte in der Küche der Stöpsel im Waschbecken. Auch sofort gemeldet, die prompte Antwort, da könnte man uns nicht helfen. Also musste im Kochtopf gespült werden.

Appartement joli et pratique, mais...
Pros: L'appartement est bien situé. Un peu excentré, donc à l'abri des hordes de touristes, et à proximité de tous les transports en commun. Le quartier est agréable et vraiment romain. L'appartement était très propre et la chambre principale très confortable et spacieuse. Jessica, notre hôte s'est montrée toujours disponible, par Whattsapp.
Cons: L'appartement manque un peu de lumière, côté cuisine et salon, et l'éclairage artificiel n'est pas très agréable. Nous n'avons jamais pu nous connecter au wi-fi...Mystère. Malgré une propreté irréprochable, la salle de bains montre quelques signes d'usure (joints de la douche...) Le chauffe-eau ne fonctionnait pas correctement, ce qui rendait la douche presque inutilisable. Malgré quelques tentatives le problème n'a pas été résolu durant notre séjour. Le propriétaire nous a concédé un geste commercial généreux pour nous dédommager. Merci !

Netter Aufenthalt in Rom
Pros: Die Wohnung war mit allem eingerichtet was man benötigt. Es war alles sauber und die Umgebung sicher und mit den typischen kleinen Läden die man in Rom so findet. Die nächste Metrostation ist nur etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Von dort kommt man direkt zu den großen Attraktionen Roms. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
Cons: Nur etwas kleines: Die Temperatur des Wassers in der Dusche war schwer zu kontrollieren und wechselte ab und an zwischen warm und kalt hin und her. Aber das kriegt man auch in Griff.
