Good strategically located apartment with few minor issues

Pros: Close to busy area, restaurants, yet relatively calm, close to transportation nods, overall spacious and nice apartment for a good price

Cons: Door is a bit stiff and hard to open, but it looks very secure and strong, so can’t complain, just bare in mind We saw two cockroaches in the kitchen the first evening - this ought to be dealt with; One of the shower needs attention of the plumber since it leeks through the seal; Also, sound of transformer in the inner yard during the night might be irritating to some.

Perfect stay !

Pros: Andrea provided proactive information allowing a seamless check in. We were given all the details we needed and even local recommendations. Our special requests were kindly accommodated. The apartment is newly refurbished to a high standard. It was very clean and comfortable whilst not feeling cluttered. We completely felt at home. Absolutely everything we needed for our 5 night stay was provided in the apartment. We were so grateful for this! The apartment is close to tram stops and 20mins walk to the train station. There is a good selection of local bars and restaurants where we tasted better food than in the tourist areas of Rome. Strong WiFi and very good AC.

Było to miejsce do którego chętnie wrócimy odwiedzając Rzym.

Pros: Na dwa dni przed przyjazdem dostaliśmy wszystkie potrzebne informacje dot. dostania się do obiektu. Samo mieszkanie bardzo pozytywnie nas zaskoczyło było przestronne i bardzo dobrze wyposażone ( zarówno kuchnia jak i łazienki). Właścicielka była z nami w kontakcie i bardzo szybko odpisywała na ewentualne pytania.

Pros: Много уютно и чисто място за престой! Домакините бяха изключително любезни и отзивчиви, бяха се постарали да имаме всичко необходимо, посрещнаха ни с комплимент и книжка с полезни съвети за града. Стаите бяха просторни, като всяка разполагаше със собствена баня. Чистотата беше на високо ниво. Чувствахме се много комфортно и бихме избрали това място отново при следващо пътуване до Рим.

Cons: Апартаментът беше прекрасен и напълно отговаряше на очакванията ми, но кварталът не ми допадна особено. Наистина е удобно, че има много заведения за хранене и добър транспорт наблизо, включително гарата. Въпреки това, в района около самата гара имаше доста бездомни хора и не беше особено чисто, което не съвпадна с първоначалните ми представи.

Pros: El alojamiento estaba muy bien equipado. Es la primera vez que nos encontramos 2 wcs completos, 2 tvs, 2 Aires acondicionados. La limpieza excelente, muy acogedor y fácil de llegar con tranvía. Desde Termini puedes llegar caminando en unos 15 minutos. Tiene un supermercado cerca y los restaurantes de alrededor no son tan turísticos y con precios más reales. Repetiremos seguro en una nueva visita a Roma. La comunicación con los anfitriones muy buena y siempre disponibles para cualquier duda.

Cons: Pues la verdad es que nada! Todo perfecto!

A comfortable, homey and well rounded stay to get a great experience in Rome!

Pros: Beautifully decorated and immediately felt at home, AC was such a game changer especially when it feels like 40C outside! Andrea was super kind and offered exceptional help and accommodation! The location was also great, only 10 minutes from Roma Termini and tons of transportation options nearby. Neighbourhood had groceries and multiple great restaurants nearby!

Cons: 10 min zu Fuß laufen bis zu der U Bahn Station

Pros: Siamo stati una notte in questa struttura ma ci siamo trovati benissimo,.Posto ristrutturato, pulito ,comodo e il gestore davvero gentilissimo e accomodante. Da consigliare.
