Pros: I loved the orthopedic bed and cushions. I loved the light and sunny feel of the flat with its huge, sunny balcony. I loved the washing machine and how easily clothes dried in the sun. I loved the quiet of the area and the apartment block. I loved the bath sheets and walk-in shower. Beautiful bathroom and bidet. I loved using a code to enter instead of worrying about a key. I loved all the supplies of coffee and cleaning products. Great television and wifi. Lovely little mall close to the apartment.

Cons: Although it wasn't listed as an amenity so I can't complain, but I would love a microwave. And I feel the owners could learn a little bit of English to assist with check-in, especially explaining the codes etc. For those staying and using bus it can be confusing: here is some assistance - the 545 to Tiburtina is opposite the flat in direction of Verano, it also goes past the mall. I kept catching the one on the side of the road where the apartment is, but it is on the other side of the road. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Pros: The apartment is very beautiful and clean, equipped with everything you need, located in an excellent area. The owners' service is excellent, courteous and responsive to everything. We will definitely come back here.

Appartamento da sogno

Pros: L’appartamento e’ grande, e’ stupendo futuristico grazie a una domotica funzionale e user friendly. Pulitissimo, luminoso in un edificio signorile di altissimo livello. Ad ogni dettaglio dell’appartamento e’ stato dedicato il massimo della cura. La gentilezza e disponibilità del Landlord è assicurata.

Super séjour dans bel appartement

Pros: Appartement moderne ,très confortable,épuré.chambres et salles de bains au top.produits de 1 ère nécessité présents et bien appréciés (café,sucré,eau,produits toilette).bien situé,un peu excentré mais bus en bas de l’immeuble.

Cons: Tout était parfait.immeuble et appartement au top.qques équipements supplémentaires dans la cuisine auraient été appréciés (couverts,micro ondes).bonne communication avec les propriétaires.

Pros: La struttura è nuovissima è molto grande accogliente e soprattutto molto moderna. Ha ciabattine, asciugamani, bagno schiuma, shampoo e sapone per le mani a disposizione nella struttura tutto molto pulito e ben strutturato palazzo migliore della zona e appartamento affascinante

Pros: Гостинний господар Паскуале зустрів нас, щоб розказати про особливості проживання в помешканні, надати нам усі необхідні інструкції. Апартаменти великі і зручні для проживання. Було все необхідне, навіть чай, кава і вода для початку. Неподалік від помешкання (5 хвилин пішки) великий торговий центр із супермаркетом, де можна купити все необхідне. Поруч з апартаментами автобусна зупинка, щоб добратись до метро і в історичний центр Риму.

Cons: Трохи незручно добиратись в історичний центр Риму, до метро. Автобус 545 їздить з інтервалом 20-30 хвилин, в час-пік попадає в затори. В апартаментах не було мікрохвильової печі, що зручно для швидкого підігріву їжі. Кавоварка не дуже хороша, смачну каву приходилось пити в місті.

Appartamento Top a Roma

Pros: Ottimo appartamento, in stabile di nuova costruzione. Ambienti moderni, ampi e dotati di ogni confort possibile; parcheggio privato interno e quartiere ben servito, con bar, supermarket e tante attività commerciali. Pasquale è un host attento e premuroso. Davvero tutto oltre le aspettative !

Pros: très bel appartement propre arrêt de bus pour aller vers le metro est en face de l hotel on peut retourner à l aeroprt en metro , ça coute beaucoup moins cher que le taxi
