Very good

Pros: - Uncomplicated check-in process. No presence of the host was needed. - No additional fees depending on the check-in time, unlike many other places in Rome. - Cozy apartment with spacious yard. Although it’s on the ground floor, it’s very safe and quiet since it’s in a residential area with small stores around. - Breakfast is prepared beforehand and ready in the apartment. - Two bathrooms, two ACs, one washing machine. - Very well connected by public transport, near bus hub and metro line A. - Sufficient utensils and small appliances equipped in the kitchen.

A lovely property

Pros: This is a lovely property conveniently located. It’s near to a metro stop and there’s a supermarket nearby. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped so a bonus if you’re travelling with kids and want to do a bit of your cooking to cut your dining costs. I communicate with staff members via whatapp and they had been friendly and helpful!

Appartamento Top a Roma!

Pros: Sono molto soddisfatto, sicuramente da oggi in poi quando verrò a Roma con la mia famiglia, cercherò di tornare sempre in questo accogliente appartamento. È piaciuto a tutti i membri della mia famiglia. Non manca niente anzi io credo che per rapporto qualità/prezzo non potevo trovare di meglio.

Cons: Purtroppo è un po' problematico trovare parcheggio dell' auto...ma penso che questo sia un problema in tutta la città...

Pros: Очень приятная хозяйка апартаментов, готовая прийти всегда на помощь, мы приехали чуть раньше после бессонной ночи, голодные уставшие и нас впустили в дом раньше положенного времени, за чио огромное спасибо, две спальни, два санузла, все работало исправно, аккуратнее с газовой плитой, . кондиционер работал очень хорошо, территория возле дома тоже очень понравилась, можно было утром или вечером посидеть с чашечкой кофе. Кровати очень удобные. Косметические принадлежности, на кухне полный порядок, кофе, чай, круассаны на завтрак Понравилось чио много супермаркетов поблизости- conad, eurospin

Cons: Интернет чуть бы получше Также учитывайте, что до всех исторических мест надо добираться на 46 автобусе или метро . остановка автобуса рядом.
